I was quite skeptical if online delivery would be possible during lock down. But thanks to Interflora which not just delivered the gift on time but also ensured contact less delivery. My flowers were not fresh and they were wilting away. I had placed my order more than one week in advance with payment and yet instead of making everything available, I was told at the very last moment that canisters are not available and potlis were sent. False advertisement is the biggest turn off for every customer. The only reason I am giving two Star and not one was that you atleast had the courtesy to inform me about potlis. Rest everything, was not what I expected it to be. For me it has never been about the money. I mean if you are working hard on your product then you should charge what you feel is right. But taking advance payments with false advertisement is the reason any business loses customers

Extremely bad experience. The vase delivered was broken and the presentation (nice black box with gold printed flowers etc, flower care package) was missing! So you pay a lot of money for a bouquet in a broken vase. Id rather have gone to a streetside vendor. More than the money wasted, You feel ashamed for having sent this sorry gift to your relatives. I dont imagine the cake and chocolates I ordered them to send would be any better. Instead of a premium gift look at the horrid brown box! EEESH :O

Absolutely pathetic service, had ordered a day in advance and was never informed that the flowers would not be delivered. Being in another city it was really important for me to get flowers to my mother on mother’s day. But you guys surely ruined the day.

Even though the purchase was made way in advance, I did not receive the flowers on time (event though I availed the premium delivery overhead ). On contacting the company, I learnt my flowers were unavailable and that the company themselves had decided to deliver a different bouquet on the next day without even consulting me. I’m glad that my order was cancelled and I did not have to wait to see what was to be delivered by interflora.If you’d want your flowers to reach on the day specified please try using some other medium.

Cheats. Placed an order for a BOX of chocolates as an add on. Got 2 pieces of chocolates instead for the same exorbitant price. On raising a query, they ask me for pictures as proof to resolve the issue. After sending a picture, they profusely apologise but don’t resolve the issue. Nothing but a bunch of rogues.

1) No note included along with flowers2) Flowers were wilting, some petals dried up3) Box flowers / vase came in was an ordinary shabby cardboard box as opposed to that being advertised.Overall customer rating: 2.5 / 5

Terrible terrible experience. Delivery was delayed well beyond the committed time frame, which is just unprofessional. When you want o send flowers to wish someone on their birthday you want to make sure it reaches within a certain time frame. Such tardy service. Tall claims of being international, what they should say is unprofessional. Learn from Zomato and Scootsy they manage to honour their delivery’s at such a high volume. For the price they charge the service is just very disappointing. Don’t waste your money.
