DO NOT ORDER from this company!Mother’s Day flower order to my mother in Japan from the US was never deliver on the requested date, the flower arrangement was NO WAY NEAR what they had posted on the picture on their website. JUST COMPLETELY WRONG IN EVERY ASPECT.My mother’s day as a daughter giving to my mother and as a mother’s Day for myself was THE WORST experience for me.Wish I can post the picture of the actual vs. website advertised picture.They used BROWN wrappings to wrap flowers for mother’s day roses. Roses were white and NOT pink when the picture they advertised was PINK.Just don’t order from here to make your life easier.

Do not order from this place! They do not deliver on time, though they guarantee they will. You cannot contact them to complain. They even shut down their toll free number. I just got an email saying they delivered my mothers day flowers on the 16th (they promised the 13th or sooner!)and they would charge my card. This after I sent repeated emails complaining and asking for a refund and receiving no reply. HORRIBLE service!

Horrible service, ordered flowers for Birthday they not only didnt deliver them but also charged me $50 extra for no reason. Refused to give me a refund, even though on their web site it says that refund will be given if the order will be delivered late

Super disappointed. It was my Moms 82 bday yesterday and I ordered her a beautiful always supl. I get home from work to find an email that they did not deliver her flowers, holiday in brazil. Ok mishaps happen. If they did not know it was a holiday in advance and now will take no responsibility only offering $10 refund of delivery fee.Had they given me notice I would have made other arangements, On their site they say if we miss the date we refund you. I would imagine still delivering the flowers. I have been a regular customer for 5 ofr more years and am shocked a lg company like this can not say sorry and we will compensate with free flowers for our mistake. My mom thought I forgot her bday because she always gets flowers. I had added chocolate too, making it extra special.As much as I have liked their flowers in the past, this is not good customer service and am looking for another company since you decided not to take responsibility for your mistake.adios
