This station comes in central railway. Byculla comes between Mumbai Central and dockyard Road railway station. Most of the people are Muslims in Byculla.

My favourite 😍 place
It is very nice to see the beauty of the British made building
Old heritage 160 yrs plus monument. Still intact. However outside the station both east and west too crowded. Need beautification of surrounding. So peoples can see the stone carving and industrial iron molding work.
The place a little much crowded compare to covid regulation rest the place is good for buying things in wholesale market at the west side of station.
Food is good but the quantity and price does not match. Quantity of food is less and will be ok for a full order to 1 person but if you think to share food between 2 person than it will not be sufficient. Food prices are also high. However, the food taste is awesome.😋
Daghadi chawl is famous place at byculla

The Byculla Railway Station was completed by 1857. This was also the time the first mills came into this area, until then, used only for residential purposes. Byculla used to house many of the citys textile mills until the mills shut shop and moved out of the island cityConveniently located and it is very neat and clean. Taxis are available just outside of the station.
It was neat and clean and not too crowded.
Historically significant architectures can be found here.

A station with good communication... Very close to CST
Very crowded. Buses are not on time and are not at proper bus stand. Very tiring to run from one bus stop to another. Hope it improves.

This is one of the oldest Railway Stations of the Central Railways, Mumbai, which was initially established when the first train ran from V.T. (now Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminal), to Thane on 16 April 1853. Since then it was reconstructed & repaired a number of times. However, it is well maintained and catered to a huge load of passengers daily for the Cental Mumbai areas.

Byculla is connected with Railway stations and Buses on both the sides that is East and West. A very famous Byculla Bazaar is here since 150 yrs. Old buildings are still here. Many old Chawls can be found in this area. Has a big Parsi Colony named Rustom Baug and a smaller Parsi Colony called Jer Baug in Byculla East. Gloria Church is a landmark here. Many eateries, shops, bazaars, stalls are in this area. Once upon a time it housed more than 8 mills which are now converted to tall skyscrapers and tall malls, residential complexes, etc. Its located in South Mumbai. Property rates are very high and are skyrocketing day by day.
Beautiful, old style station.
Good control by the traffic police over the crowded junction but people need to be more obey with traffic rules and regulations, and traffic police need to look over the pedestrian access, whos not following the instructions.
