My resumption proceed 1 week over but not received in time. Hopeless customer service.I m withdrawing all investment from this company.Again now 12 days over no payment received from this company. Email reply also taking 3 days stating that they will resolve issues again 3 days. Such hopeless service didnt expected from this MF. Careless approach towards customer griviences.On 28th November company told that your address not found to courier. This is biggest laying statement.Third class customer service of this companyMore than one lakh rs cheque is stuck off in transit. Because of their such d grade service I lost interest of the amount

I applied for pan card updation online ... Two weeeks n still.not done

Customer care service is not good when you call and ask to stop sip they just disconnect the call.

Midnight they closed 6 funds and send a mail to investors at 3 am (only thieves work at night) overnight the investors could not redeem fund and have to wait for 5 years to get the money back (100%) not guaranteed. The investors had parked the fund for emergency and short term needs are now without funds. In a time when govt has given pf redemption to meet ppl needs, Franklin has blocked investors money without consent. Avoid the fund house as bad management and mishandling of investors money. Cheat company.

Till now I believed in franklin.In MF industry everything is subjected to risk so power of belief on a big global brand only will help you to put your life savings in a thing with 360 degree risk.But on 23rd midnight i realised that this AMC can lockdown an openended scheme (sold right till day time) citing liquidity reasons and no big body,media or regulator says a thing.If you want to save your money,just dont invest in debt mf especially after this.Liquidity risk like chit funds? No accountibility? Where are we heading! We are stuck with no response.Please be aware.

Very irresponsible amc suddenly blocked all 6 debt fund without investors permission ,not able to withdrawn my lifetime hard earn money. Ft india need immediate attention and return investors money without any delay

It was pity that I had to visit myself to cancel SWP request which could very well be provided online. Apart from that no complaints. I was attended immediately and provided required services

Worst AMC in the world..do not invest single rupee in this AMC wil take whatever you have.

They have abruptly closed 6 debt funds and blocked Rs 26000 crores of 300000+ tax paying Indians hard earned life savings. Very unprofessional and arrogant management indeed!

If you want your hard earned money to be loosed, invest in Franklin. Closed 6 debt schemes without any reason, unlawful and unethical at the time when investors need them most.
