VERY MUCH BAD EXPERIENCE OF UR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE, MISTAKE IS COMMITTED BY MIRAEASSET BY NOT ADDING THE JOINT HOLDER NAME AS PER MY APPLICATION.NO ONE IS CORRECTLY REPLYING. GO THROUGH MY CALLS MAILS TO CUSTOMERCARE AND TO REGISTER.INVESTER IS BEING HARRASSED.

Extremely poor services. Not seen any fund house this bad.. No one picks calls, tollfree doesnt work, call backs dont work, no one responds to emails :(

I wanted to invest and trying direct option which is not going thru I sent 2 mails so far except the auto reply no movement , I thank my stars as in the first instant itself the skeletons are exposed , after seeing so many critical customer worst service since I am of one of the victims i remain away from this fund house. No call back added t0 no one helps.

I started STP. after every time I tried to login it will not send OTP and will give a feedback that username or password incorrect. Complained to customer care, but no response. Very bad customer care

Very bad customer service I ever seen from Mirae asset. Not even pick phone calls. I am not able to receive my redemption amount only receive a mail for redemption accepted.

Though the funds are performing well, the customer care is worst. They were not even trained professionals to share the the required information.

After many reviews selected scheme from this fund house. But i didnt expect this type of customer support. No email replay and no picking calls.

I was supposed to invest in this fund with highly lumsum amount but after seeing the other fellows reviews I won’t do that.@ Mirae Asset, guys these reviews are very important please make sure to maintain the good quality.Just based on the reviews I’m backing out from investing in your funds

I did KYC from the company website, no confirmation mail was received about the status of KYC. I had to ask and on each call I was told that the KYC is not registered. I did the KYC twice. After that suddenly I was allowed to create SIP investment which I did and created folio numbers. Couldnt register on the platform cause it said my folio number doesnt allow online transaction. I called multiple times no solution was provided and said that PAN card has no investment. I mailed and no response even after 3 days. If I am having this problem with just registration I am not sure what all challenges I will face with the investment. I am not sure about putting my investment in a company which has such poor service.

Worst funds. No support from customer care. Not even 1 star

Unable to login to their website, their customer care number doesn`t work. No one pick up the call. When i entered my folio number, their system doesn`t recognize my folio number!. I don`t know whats wrong them. The only thing their system or customer care does is to send you email when the automatic billing delays at the time of deduction from your bank account. No one should invest in this fund if you are worried about your money.

They dont give local office number and 3 times I have given SIP cancellation request on their desk in person and they are doing nothing. Very very bad service.

More assets mumbai BKC area office.this office is located on 5th floor of Windsor house building which is on mmrda lane right next JSW building

Even after cancellation of my SIP the amount got deducted twice.After making several calls and being promised the resolution of the issue ,no action has been taken.Advising new investors to beware of this fund house
