I am calling everyday given screenshot also about payment done..But then also not giving Noc..instead saying please come to office in this pandemic..How can they say like this..Customer suffers from this behavior mentally also.No good staff

Requesting all of person do not get Loan from Mamba Finance / I paid two wheeler bike loan 3 month before still they are not providing me NOC, Im daily getting follow up this company, Many times phones was not picking any of person and when visiting office no body was giving positive response and saying file in process and will provide you later. I want NOC on urgent basis but they do not understand our problem.

I had two wheeler loan in manba, it was closed before 15 months and they again deduct monthly EMI for my bank account, and he say NOC get 45 days after, aaisa he kya kahi, its very worst service provider customer care number not receiving. Please dont get any Loan, hi dont deserve the 1star . Loan closer kiya tha 25 may ko aaj tarikh 10 aug, or mujhe promise kiya tha 45 days me NOC mil jayege. Or aabhi taak nahi mila mail kiya reply nahi fb par mesg kiya reply nahi customer care call to kabhi lagta hi nahi..

I had two wheeler loan in Manba, it was closed before 4-5 months and they again deduct some amount from saving account, I have loan closure letter, i had shown this letter to branch manager she told me my money will refund within 4 days but still refund is not credited, i had visited to their office 3 times within this 15 days, they didnt give any solution. Useless peoples are working there. If i have loan closure letter then how can they deduct money from my saving account. Ekdam faltu service provide by manba, their landline number is literary irritating after 20-30 minutes someone response to call and quickly cut the call, if they did not have manpower to response customers call then why give customer care number.

I gave 750 to him.. after 40 days, I again received a call saying and asking for money.. and they told they had not received any money.. they are fraud.. they even told me and threatened me that they will report in CIBIL and would affect my score

Very pathetic service of such a reputed brand name. Loan was closed and even after 1 month they are unable to provide NOC stating it will take one more month. Even after loan closure ECS is deducted from my account and no proactive follow up from their end for refund even after visiting branch and submitting required documents. Kind of service which I am getting now they dont deserve 1 star also. There Mulund office is head office but is totally dependent on Thane back office for any kind of data. Really not happy with the service

I would suggest everyone to go to other companies rather than this . They keep deducting money from the account even after the monthly installment has been recieved by them and when you contact them they have a simple answer that we dont have it in our records . I am facing very third class issue with manba finance ltd process. i have purchased a bike and the loan was taken by manba finance. My bike loan is for 17 months i had paid my 16 months loan and have shared all the transaction details with manba staff (Deepa) and she is in touch with us from last 1 year. the horrible thing is aug month was my last month of loan EMI but she (Deepa) suddenly saying that you have to pay till october and when she realize that she had done a mistake and not updated my loan details on manba system she is saying that i am not managing your loan details,please go to manba office. They are doing mistake and making our cibil score bad. Please dont apply any loan through manba finance. There executive are also not answering properly. they are very rude.

Personally i have visited 3 time in office and I have give my account number to Manda Finance Mulund office (west) but still they said your Account Number is invalid how this is possible daily i make transaction on same account number. There is only one number mentioned on their website and when you call that number no one bothers to pick up the call and when you reach the office and ask why no one is picking up calls they say the number stated is not of this office. In short if you want any information you have to walk in to the office and cannot get anything on call and yes this is in the 21st Century were everyone is going digital these people still want you to walk in to the office for every small thing.

To everyone whos reading this i would like to firstly say that please think 100 times before you take up any loans from this company. the staff working in the company are not the employees they are the owners of the company and you will notice this once you take a loan none of them will provide you their names no seniors will ever come on the phone the junior level employee will give you a bogus name of the senior and themselves. They will threaten you talk to you as if they have done a big favour on you their tone will of those who are like gangsters i would like to mention a name called “nilesh” i dont know whether this his real name but apparently he was the person handling my profile so technically he was the person who was answerable to me for anything but he actually acted as if he owns me so to everyone please be careful of such people and to those who are on going a loan with them i had called them for a pre closure i was given a answer that they dont have time to calculate my pending amount so please calculate it ur self if you know how they do it because the employees of this company are too busy chitchatting to each other and if your luck is too good they will calculate the amount and send it to you after a month or two thats the most quickest service they offerrs.Services that they provide are as follows1.
