Worst service ever. Irresponsible staff, from lower level executives to higher level management. Failed to analyse the case and gave suggested that failed. Loan sanction failures were further imposed on the students eligibility, which could have been avoided if the team did a preliminary check and advise the only workable options. RM has very clarity on the processes, the follow ups are pathetic, no adherence to timelines.If you really want to help students, help them with closures/alternatives. Please understand, the cost your failures in correctly identifying and delivering a solution is borne by students.
