I recently visited this outlet which is in Kurla Pheonix and I must say they have spacious seating space but the ac was not working at all. No point in seating and having your burger inside the joint and even the staff members were very rude while taking the order and not even helping with the offers going onOver there we ordered 2 crispy veg meal from the price point the combo meal was very economical the meal consists of a burger, Pepsi and small fries which is really good. The fries were crispy and they made it in front of us which is the best thing that their kitchen is visible.Overall an okay experience, management needs to focus more on customer service more, from the product point of view they are perfect

Loved the Chicken Grill burger meal. The most Amazing part was the chicken fillet was very nicely grilled and the bread tasted outstanding. Must try this,though the meal option is more beneficial but the potato fries doesnt taste good. Must try the veggi sticks. Awesome taste,it comes separately but must worth of trying.

It was a very good experience being here as i had tried something new and I liked it too💓 the buns were soft and the sauce was used in correct amount and the chicken pstty was also pretty well cooked all and all it was a very good experience the only thing is they just need to have more sitting arrangements 💓 overall food was very good for the price it was being servedWell done!!

There was a strand of hair in my burger. When returned it, the gave me a burger without cheese, had to return it again. The beverage was not cold at all, no fizz. Fries were soggy. Literally had yo get up from my seat every 5mins to return something from my order just to get the right item. This place was my favourite to eat burgers whenever I visited the mall, but it seems now they are not giving out good quality product. The place is always crowded and no hygiene parameteres were followed.

Business not as usual but some customers are around. Items on the menu are great. Covid safety standards need more careful adherence. Some staff members are not covering their face properly. Customers are also breaking the queue.

In fact I went to that place with a lot of love but there is no UPI system in such a big outlet and the way of speaking is very wrong. What if someone doesnt have cash?

Just a review of the outletIt could be a bit more clean. And more importantly it feels too crammed with tables all over so moving around becomes bit of a task considering the amount of people that come at the place.

Burgers could be better. The chicken they use is the same which they give as a snack. For example a crispy chicken served separate and the same crispy chicken is put in between a bun hence a burger and given. The taste should be different hence could be better..

Had an extremely disappointing and pathetic experience at this outlet today.After watching a movie, my wife and me entered the BK outlet in the mall to grab a quick burger. The first thing we noticed was the almost all the tables in the outlet where extremely dirty. Some had sauces on them, some had fries on them, or pieces of vegetables.We complained at the counter about it and the response we got was its closing time. So should we assume that nearing closing time, we shouldnt expect basic hygiene at the store? Shouldnt the store maintain its hygiene standard from the moment it opens in the morning till the last min in the evening?Nevertheless, we manage to find a clean sofa and table to sit after searching the entire outlet. The floor near the seat where we were sitting was dirty again. My wife felt it to be a little icky and she sat on the chair folding her legs. Now the best part - I was eating my burger and the manager comes along. He taunts my wife saying that chairs are meant to be sat on. His tone was extremely condescending. When I objected to that and said excuse me, first you cant keep your store clean and then you talk about sitting mannerism, he once again gave me the same reason - its closing time (As if cause its closing time, so expecting hygiene is foolishness). I told him no matter what, this is not the way to talk to a customer, and asked him his name. I was appalled at his audacity, when along with his name, he said take my employee ID too (with an attitude of - do whatever you want to do).I just walked off leaving my burger half eaten and he had zero remorse or wasnt even one bit apologetic.
