Had a really good experience with health spring. Would like to thank Supriya and Pushpa. I am sure you guys are under a lot of pressure considering the current scenario and you still managed to collect my covid tests samples and deliver the reports on time. Really grateful for that. 😄

I have being visiting to healthsprng since November 2020, Dr. Rennie has always being wonderful to me and his guidance and treatment had suited me well.Recently me and family member had gone for Consultation as we both were suffering with fever cold cough, and he guided as for covid test and made sure we dont panic. Receptionist Supriya More also helped me with appointment of covid test and when my test came positive she and Dr. Rajesh Shinde have been wonderful supprt in my quarentine days, Doctor was checking up on me daily bit Supriya also made sure i was fine mentally and helped me cheering uo.Thanks alot to Healthspring

Me and my husband were here for health check which includes number of blood tests along with the ECG and doctor consultation.We are here from last 1 hour but they are keep saying that technician will come in sometime.We are here for 2nd day today and still awaiting for technician. Yesterday also their technician was not available.Doctor who attended us was good enough but the other facilities and services are very poor. We have to come tomorrow as well for third time to get the reports print out as their printer is not working. We feel their working style is highly unprofessional.Now this ysecond day we are going home without ECG becoz technician was disappeared without anyone knowledge.And the receptionist was saying that printer is not working then one doctor has given us print out for 1 report rest all report need to be collected tomorrow along with ECG.Highly disappointed with the staff and services....Never go to borivali west bbranch as staff are highly unprofessional and pathetic.

Hostipal support staff is not co operative.me and my wife want to have ECG report but their technician was not their for 2 consecutive days. Doctor was a good to deal with it but other than that no one is responsible for their duty..suggest dont go their.

Thank you for your thorough, compassionate treatment of our problem. Dr.Nishi Sinha and her dental assistant avisha is very nice and friendly.The root canal treatment was very good and we are satisfied with our treatment.staff is very cooperative and helpful. Highly recommended .

Booked an appointment for 10 30 using practo. They have no consideration for your booking and time.Had a fever since morning and they kept asking to wait for 5-10 more minutes. Had to cancel my booking after an hour as they still kept saying to wait and wait. Reconsider while going to healthspring if you want a good service.Also had little sitting area which was occupied so had to stand...and the sitting area outside had mosquitos and wasnt clean.

Poor time management. No consideration for online booking. Had to come back without visiting the doctor post waiting for 45 mins.

Being a passionate sportsman, I ignored the pains and injuries caused in my legs or arms. But when it grew worse I consulted Healthspring Physiotherapy clinic and now am perfectly alright. -

The best Pathology & Medical centre. From Vishwa & the frontdesk team to the various department experts & doctors all are very helpful & will provide you proper medical assistance.Specific mention to Dr. Ravi Prasad. His diagnosis & understanding of various medicines is accurate to the point that the Specialist MD allowed me to continue with his medication 🙏Extremely thankful to the whole team of Health spring Borivali West.

The co ordination of the centre is pathetic. They dont give bills on time. They make you visit one centre to another but they will not even inform the centre. Process is very slow. And taking appointments wont make any sense as they still will make you wait.

I Dr Tukaram Gadhave visited healthsprig Borivali centre on 12/ 06/2018. I find all services excellent. Time management and punctuality was not seen. I was given an appointment with dietician a week prior and on the day when i reached there they said there was no appointment and later they changed their mind and told that dietician had an emergency to attend ! Just wondering what emergency would a dietician attend...Later the appointment was postponed by a week and i was asked to come at 3 PM but till 3:45 PM i was sitting there waiting for my turn and later when i started asking spicy questions the front desk started ignoring me and just asked some doctor to check on my query.So key take away, with low priced package comes poor service so think wisely. Also not many of their doctors do not have vast experience so if you have basic problems then they will be able to help and probably guide in the right direction for further course of treatment.

Pathetic people .I have scheduled my appointment at 10 clock and after 12.30 they were again asking me to wait for 1 hour more for doctor consultation .Management is very poor .Receptionist was rude and not at all understanding concern .
