Defective Product - Ive purchased Zouk Laptop Bag and purse in September month day 1 I found the hand purse was defective, immediately after this I dropped my 1st email to Zouk team to refund or exchange this product. The next day I got a email from Zouk team that I SHOULD RESEND THE PARCEL ON MY OWN COST TO THEM. They are not ready to pay for the pick the return parcel. So I told on this to them that, why should I pay courier money to you? This is your sole responsibility to get it exchaged. They are completely deing my issue and not giving new exchanged product and also refund

Just treated myself to these pretty bags and wallets. The products are just how they look in the pictures. I have loved every one of the items I ordered and availed the great offers, too.I especially loved the tote bag and the wallets. So spacious and classy! I love the sling too, but would have personally preferred longer straps.All in all, extremely happy with my money spent. Cant wait to put them all to use. :)

0 points for service. I bought a bag but t. Due to some personal reasons I want to return it. I mailed them accordingly but got no response. And then they tell me me you will get refund after deducting 3.54%. I told them I am comfortable with the deductions but still got no response. Very bad service to the customers. Very unethical website. Once you buy their product you are stucked with that as they dont support cancellation of orders or return of product and refund. So even if you dont like the product you still have to keep it. Very bad experience not gonna buy anything from them again.
