After sales service very bad.not atall responsible.

The photos speak for themselves. At the start of the month,we placed an order worth over Rs. 40,000 to completely wallpaper a room that was intended for a patient from a serious illness. We were promised that the work would be done in three days. The wallpaper started peeling off the walls and ceiling almost as soon as the workers left and several of the sheets completely fell down. The company has not been willing to fix the problem. It has been over a month and the patient is still unable to use the room. The sales person is now not responding to our calls and is unable to get the issue resolved due to the Diwali rush. I would strongly advise against buying anything from this brand. Extremely unprofessional approach - overly focussed on sales but not servicing.

States its open on Sunday. Tried contacting. No response. Please amend your listing/ information.Home decor stores ought to be open on days when people are at leisure vto devote time for domestic purposes. Hence please consider

Superb collection of wallpaper. The incharge n owner of the store Ms. Pinky were very helpful , polite and the service provided was very prompt.would highly recommend.
