Extremely dissatisfied customer service from Libas - I have purchased 2 saree from Libas where I got designer Danish who told me that he will give 1 blouse stiching complementary if I take 2 sarees .. but it came out so normal and unstylish that it was not worth RS 4000 which I paid toward 1 blouse.After my blouse came I got different person as store manager who told me that I personally advise customers for any designs and patterns then how come your blouse gone for stiching directly without slip(I appreciate her honest approach and help)however this shows total mishandling and misguiding the customer where customer was not told about store manager available to talk about designs ..I could have given extra money if required anywhere but cannot accept a normal stiching which any street tailor would do in 500 bugs also.When we complaint about the stiching not liked, they told that you have already taken complementary stiching ..does that mean I will accept any damn stiching ..on the top Danish did not take any responsibility and not even answered my calls. I still managed to accept the blouses provided the fitting atleast will be corrected but it was pain again as even after 3 visits my blouse chain was coming off and at last I have to go to a personal tailor and get the chain replaced before 1 hr of my event.This is so unprofessional of Libas that they dont care about their customers and do any misselling just to sell the product.I will strongly never recommend Libas to anyone .😡😡

Amazing collection!Must Try. They also have a ready-made clothes shop LibasNX. They have formal shirts and fancy T-shirts at reasonable rates.
