Never going back to him.In reply to you comment.....The fact that you have sent out such a lengthy reply to defend yourself and make a false statement about me lying has a lot to say.Do not make false allegations. I am not duty bound to come to your place for any consultation or any procedure. And also if a person does not come to you for a procedure after having consulted you calls for an introspection. So take comments in a positive stride. It might just ease out your frustration.

Last month, i went through cataract surgery under Dr Vikas Gupta at Vikas Eye Care, Thakur Complex , Kandivali East.I thought i should make it a point to appreciate the efforts of Dr Vikas as i was having multiple issues with my left eye. You were so rude...didnt even gave solution to my problem...in addition ur telling ur receptionist to ask me for fees in front of the patient n tell to go...as v r gna run away....for me the most important thing is being a good human...doesnt matter even if he is a professional !! b polite..calm n understand ur client concern..as patient sometime is in panic situation..so rude behavior is not at all accepted !! Hi everyone , I am very thankful to Dr. Vikas who treated my sisters eyes. My sister was suffering from hemorrhagic conjunctivitis in both the eyes. She was feeling burning sensation, itching and huge discomfort. We consulted Dr. Vikas on phone and shared patients eye pictures with him. Got redness and pain in left eye dated 15th Oct, got online treatment from Dr. Vikas by sending the pics of my eye from Noida. The way he diagnosed the problem and prescribed the medicine was suberb. Its been a month, I consulted dr. Vikas through online consultation on my brothers reference; I had complain for swallowen eyes with itching and discomfort, he brieflymade me understand the problem regarding my eyes and prescript medications accordingly and it takes me a week to get better completely , though I belong to delhi but still dr. Vikas gives complete consultation and take follow up too for their patients.
