The doctor Ms. Shaila Patel as well as the staff were very professional and cordial and it actually felt as if my mother wasnt at a hospital but at some relatives. As a matter of fact, except for the initial couple of visits, she visited the hospital for her operations on her own and has had a very pleasant experience maybe it be of the day of the operation or the post operative care. We visited for my mothers eye problem. Her left eye was intermittently getting swollen and red, and we were unable to diagnose the problem through the previous treatment done at popular hospital in city. Dr Shaila correctly suggested the necessary tests and the problem was diagnosed within 2 sittings. We are so releifed now and looking for further necessary treatment. I dont think most doctors would even care about why youre doing it, but she does and will talk in depth to understand your condition well and suggest you accordingly. She walked through every step of the procedure and guided me everytime I had a query through calls or text. Thats when I knew i am at the right place.During the surgery I was a bit afraid (thats totally natural) but then again I realised I was in good hands as she comforted by saying what shes about to do next and how I should tag along.There will be post surgery effects, just know that theyre normal and will go away in time.
