Went for the shopping organized by some private company.. Place was very difficult to find. We came by EEH, however the complex is nice.Make sure you have your own vehicle since auto/Bus are difficult to find.Roads are narrow and Metro construction has made it further worse..Parking is an issue here

Pathetic property. Leakage all over the place including the entrance lobby, restaurant.Unclean rooms and bathrooms.Only bread butter and aloo paratha for breakfast.No one is bothered about feedback.Ill not recommend a stay here.

Worst stay. Entire hotel has leakage issue.the entrance lobby has leakage right in the middle.the amenitiescooling is pathetic.tv does not work.cleanliness is worst.we can hear people talking from other rooms.Included breakfast had only two things, aloo paratha and bread butter. i have never seen such a limited spread for a breakfast.the restaurant has leakage near all windows, its like rains are inside the building, and only thing they are doing is kept white cloth wherever there is leak.worst stay.they did not even ask for feedback when I checked out. they basically do not care.

Overall a average hotel and service can be lot better. Elevator was very smelly and room service is below average. Even at night, it is not lit properly and it is completely dark outside. Room was good though. Food is extremely overpriced and quality is not that great. I regreted it. Quite average.

We had gone to enquire about booking a banquet hall today with the staff. Very disappointed with the cleanliness of the reception area and the very rude manner in which the comcerned person spoke.Will never recommend any one to go for enquiry also , since lack of cleanliness in the area , during such a pandemic coupled with rude talk , does not set in well. Totallly bad experience

As soon as I drove up to the hotel, it looked so lavish and well kept. The reception area was very nicely maintained. I was looking forward to a great stay.When we got out of the elevator:They have not changed the carpet in the hallways in ages. Smells and looks dingy. Perhaps there is mold.The rooms AC was not working properly.The bathroom was the WORST bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel. There was black MOLD on the shower curtain, toilet paper holder, and the towels were questionable if they were clean. There was SOAP SCUM in the ENTIRE bathroom.There was no shampoo.It is truly a deception - only the reception area and outside are well maintained.

3rd class hotel i never see before

Rooms as shown on oyo and/or any other hotel booking aaps and/or internet booking website is totally opposite. Staff speaks about rules and regulations but none of them is complied except one things and I.e. visiting guest. I dont understand, if a guest is booking the hotel for stay and their visitors are local then they have time barred of max 20mins. I dont know how much is this justified. Rest your call, plz go through the negative feedbacks and cross verify, one will understand whatbi mean!!!

Excellent marriage hall alongside the main road which is a very busy road. Good ambience opposite good residential buildings. Very good ambience and views from within the restaurant. Very good vegetarian food available. Good parking spaces available for cars.

Very good hotel and rooms according to rates. The rooms are spacious, neat and clean. Though the hotel requires some renovation, but compare to area and rates, it is not an issue. The area is very good and family supportive, even solo female travelers can stay here without any hesitation. The only thing that the hotel needs to change if they do not allow guests or outsiders to come to the room. Because if you are staying in a hotel while you are travelling from a different city, it is obvious that you will have visitors. And this is the first hotel in my life I have seen where there dont allow visitors. I am not asking for whole night, but it should be allowed for few hours.

I had booked a room for rs3850, looks grand from outside, but once you enter you will found a carelessly maintained property. Decor of the room was good but feels too old as its not maintained. There was no lock for bathroom door. Back window opens to a passage with hotel staff walking from one corner to another. It feels little unsafe. But liked the food quality in there restaurant at 6th floor,feels not worth for the money I spend

Only veg foods are served. Usually orders take long as they prepare everything fresh no ingredients are prepared before hand. Ya thats a pain and boom. Tastewise all foods are good. Would definitely recommend if you have family crowd or friends crowd where you can have long chat as food takes long time to prepare.

This is a nice place to eat and has banquet facilities too. The exterior is eye catching and soothing too. The decor inside is contemporary.The approach road is big enough and the locality is less crowded with trees planted on the feeder road as also within the compound. The frontal road is less proned to traffic jams although traffic density is high.The place has a cooling effect and is peaceful enough. Off the Garodiyanagar area of Ghatkopar East , it provides a good ambience and accessibility. One can notice it prominently whilst driving from the road.A few garage and sheds are nearby which do not gel in the aesthetics of this place. However this is a boon in disguise as there are no adjacent high rises and free passage of natural air is possible.The place is on the route of a few BEST buses which go to Ghatkopar Depot at one end and towards the Chembur highway crossing on the other side.In the vicinity , there are many ATMs and Banks and a few commercial buildings too. A small walk leads one too Vikrant Circle where some more good restaurants, stores, boutiques are situated.Nice place to visit with family or a partner.

The place is easily accessible from Eastern Express highway. Its at a prominent location hence difficult to miss. They have ample of parking space , so no worries if you are driving your vehicle there

It is located on 90 ft road, conveniently located, with all facilities, account in all floors, with very much accessable decent washroom locations. In future,it will be more convenient with Metro line 4 just in front.

The hotel was somewhat decent. The rooms are big. The towels were dirty. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was broken. We asked them to fix it and all they did was turn it upside down.We booked our rooms at the hotel through the OYO app. Its much cheaper on there. The app didnt accept foreign cards and when we tried to pay at the hotel our foreign card didnt work there either. We booked this right in front of the hotel staff and they couldve said something beforehand. They told us to go to a bank and withdraw cash. But the fees to do so for foreigners is ridiculous. Then magically the next day they were able to accept our card for payment.The staff was slightly aggressive with our luggage. We didnt want them taking it to our room. We just wanted to take it ourselves and they tried to grab it out of our hands.Dont bother with the breakfast. Limited options and tastes bad. Youre better off going to the McDonalds which isnt too far from the hotel.

Its a decent stay hotel but the amenities and infrastructure requires more improvements. But it is economical to stay. The breakfast is very limited with varieties, so have expectations accordingly.

The place is ok. The rooms are all fine, the hallway sucks though, but teh rooms are maintained. The USP of this palce is the locality and the costing, definitely worth the costing mentioned. Can definitely recommend to someone wants to spend a night.

Its a good place for people who look for venue options for wedding and related ceremonies. It has 3 ac banquets. 22 rooms which include standard and deluxe. Also have open space I.e a big lawn for wedding reception. Have a facility of valet parking. Overall a nice option.

The ambience and service are really good. Definitely a great place to stay in Ghatkopar. One thing which could have been better was the breakfast buffet spread.

Overall place is good. But owner is arrogant. He was trying enforce his choices on us. We requested few things to be arranged on the day of the event and he promised us so. I reminded him on a call a day before the event but they didnt bother to make them available as promised. Poor customer service

Horrible service...i was there for one night. I was a guest and my host wanted to see me off to my room. The reception didn’t allow and the lift was pathetic. It felt that the lift was using staircase it was that slow.When i had booked a deluxe room i was given a normal one and after unpacking they agreed that i booked a deluxe room. The key wont work u will have to ask for master key every now and then. One word pathetic experience
