As usual each time I stay at this hotel they raise their Service Excellence goal Post. Each staff member is a true example of Hospitality. I would like to specially mention the Duty Manager , Mr Shreejith Pillai. Right from the time of our arrival until our departure he was always available for any assistance. He did not forget to put in the Rajnigandha Flowers in our room ( a remarkable gesture as on each stay ) , He arranged the PCR tests to be taken before travel , anything that we required he was always there with such a Positive Attitude and Can Do .. attitude . A thorough professional with a very personal approach. With such dedicated individuals in the Hospitality sector the hotel should be proud of . The staff is top notch and will go out of thier way to help you. I was very impressed with Nestor the Chief Concierge for his wonderful service during our stay. Not at all recommended hotel, the only positive point is location. Please bring in your own food from outside, and save your money you will keep your mood good. It was out wedding anniversary, and Dome staff was good enough to spoil our mood. I will share this feedback amongst my professional circle as well to save their monies.

Hotels locations is the biggest pro but you cant do much in current pandemic times as the whole marine drive is deserted. Rooms are dated or maybe just my room was such. As an IHG Ambassador I had expected a better room. Further the guaranteed benefit of 4:00 PM checkout wasnt provided which made me alter my plan on short notice. Breakfast was good and staff was very helpful and courteous. Aanchal made a nice omelette for me, Marissa and Anas were prompt in service.I had missed to add my GST number on the invoice. I called the front office later and they got it rectified in a day, full points on that.

A lovely stay at a strategically located home away from home. The staff here really are so welcoming making you feel as if you matter! Some of them I had the chance to interact with most were Ms Marissa- when she came to know I’ve extended my stay she ensured we get some lovely specially prepared items at breakfast.. a big shout out to her. Praful from the Long n Short really upped the vibe by his enthusiasm and Mr. Pratik from front desk was helpful. These were to name a few but everyone did their bit.

Stays at InterContinental are always memorable. first of I am local resident so I dont need to travel much. the staff is very good and gentle covid -19 norms are taken care perfectly. Social distancing and sanitation is taken care during check in and check out. Housekeeping service is also fast the view from the is too beautiful and the rooms are also too good. I always have a comfortable sleep at InterContinental as I have at my own place.

Good view and good ambience. We had paid for a sea facing view and it was obvious that the entire window would face the sea. However, what we ended up getting was a room with a small peeping area from where we could see a small sea view that too adjacent to the room. Surely not what we had expected.Also, I had forgotten something in the room and then called them. They were supposed to get back which never happened. Disappointing.

After a hectic day at work, i was so much relaxed and felt like at home during my stay. Things were almost perfect in every aspect , right from ambience, to rooms , washrooms, breakfast, etcThere wer so many enablers and required things in place in the room ( like the power adapter) which was so useful for a professional who is on business tour.Would surely recommend the property to my friends and families

I had to complete a 7 day hotel quarantine upon returning to Bombay from the UK. The Intercontinental was the best choice I made - both the food and service was excellent and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone , not just for a quarantine stay. The staff went over and above to ensure I was comfortable and the whole experience of doing the covid test at the end and getting the BMC officer in was all organised by the hotel itself and was a seamless process.

A splendid stay at the property!Right from the check in to the very minutest of details, the staff and the management made the stay a memorable one indeed. Have visited this property before and trust me, one maybe a resident or a walk in, the service is immaculate. A special mention to Nestor and a lady (unfortunately could not get her name), who helped in accommodating the smallest of request and always responded with a broad smile!Only downside was that i arrived late (thanks to rescheduling of meetings) but one should not miss out on cherishing IHG’s hospitality!

Probably the smallest Intercontinental in the world. Excellent service especially the Concierge team. Standards of an international chain but service level is similar to a Boutique hotel, best of both worlds.

Had a short getaway planned with the family during the Christmas break and the hotel had taken proper care to welcome the guests with necessary precautions. The food is pretty nice and the service top-notch. Special mention for Zuber at L&S (he was outstanding with his service and anticipating our needs).

The view is unbeatable for sure. However, even on weekdays theres a 2k cover charge per head. Further, no coffee/tea, no food items except appetisers. So if youre going here with your family, theres not much to be had and a hefty cover charge. Definitely catch the sunset here! Its beautiful ❤️

Apart from maintaining social distancing, the place has maintained hygiene everywhere. The waiters, chefs, Bar tenders are very polite and at your service. The view from Dome is mesmerizing. After monsoon when the temporary roof is removed the roof resturant is a place to be for best Rooftop Dining. Must try the cocktails at the Dome. There is a huge difference in experiencing this place in pre covid and post covid times as there are time restrictions. The kebab korner and Zaffrans also have delicious cuisines to offer. My experience was so good I love to stay here ..for 2 nights I was there and afterwards I changed hotel just to experience new hotel I choose trident but that was not a good idea. They charge 3000 for breakfast and intercontinental hotel they included in my stay. Compare to rooms trident have very small rooms compare to intercontinental.. I love staying with intercontinental ❤️

Please take care of the rattling sound/noise in the Dome bar area due to the winds. Experienced huge amount of noise during my stay.

We had done the reservation for 2 days the service was good housekeeping guy use to come for cleaning the room the breakfast was ok continuously same breakfast was there for the 2 days so we had to give the order something else bcz same breakfast we can’t have for the very next day lunch and dinner we had ordered that was also ok here comes the main point that was wifi connection and AC cooling problem we had to call the reception guy more than 5 times bcz this problem and this problem had continued till the time we had to checked out and there valley car parking guy while bringing our car he literally banged the car ☹️So overall experience was ok not so good
