Room door not locked properly. Mattress is supported by quilts. Pillows have never been washed since they were first bought. Arrogant hosts. Steep disappointment.

A nice and cozy small hotel that is run by a nice family. Its clean and affordable but dont expect things like a bar or large sitting areas. You go there to sleep and rest. You get around 30 or so channels in your room with almost all of them not in English

Overall its a good hotel. Location is great in city center. Rooms are economical and clean.

Helpful staff, good location but non touristy neighborhood and lousy management!!Despite the fact that I got a confirmation for my pick up from the airport at night, I didnt find anyone waiting for me, I arrived at the Hotel and the sleeping receptionist didnt have any clue that I was coming. After a tense discussion with the loud and terrible english speaking owners (who live just next door), they arranged a room for me.The rooms were really different concerning natural lighting and privacy but all clean. The beds were everywhere small and uncomrotable (since we were a big family occupying many rooms having different experiences).The breakfast room has no window and is not continously beeing cleaned. The buffet was ok.After all it was all acceptable regarding the price. Thanks so much for NANA for bringing the best out of our stay there!

Stayed at the King Edward Hotel from 03.19-21.03.19, took a superior room. Money was withdrawn in one day 2 hours after booking !!! On Booking canceled my reservation. The TV did not work, the towel hook was broken off, the wallpaper fell off, the shower bracket was missing. He told the manager about all the minuses. In 3 days, only the towel hook was repaired. He asked that with a bracket for the shower, they said that they had left somewhere, they did not fix it !! The TV hung on NTV on the second day and there were no more channels! At 10 am sawing started, etc. Awful hotel I do not recommend this hotel for a vacation !!!
