School provided superb online lectures for students covering up all the loop holes which usually happens during online lectures. There was intra school and inter school competition, webnars, virtual tour and extra lectures for weak students which were identified based on their academic performance.And most importantly there is an easy access to teaching staff in case of any difficulty which is being faced by parents.

Teachers have to handle course load online as well as be present for their families at home.I am indeed very impressed by the teachers community at Universal School as study was able to transcend the challenge of teaching students by providing apt and timely training to teachers in online teaching methodology.This has been very useful to students as well as their parents. The teachers are putting in lot of effort to prepare the classes in a manner that even remotely they are able to grab attention of their preschool kids.The videos and PPTs introduced in online teaching keep the students glued to their classes. My ward particularly looks forward to attending all the classes. Having an activity based class like music, arts etc. in addition to content-based classes is also a great idea. .Universal High School , Malad, is an astounding institution which offers the best education. In this pandemic where all the schools are online, UHM is one institution who has worked hard and passed non stop knowledge to the students. The teachers have been doing their best and managing the classes very well. The non teaching staff is always helpful if there are any glitches in network. Our principal Mr. Dilip Kamble, is extremely motivating and polite to the kids. There are regular checks by the Co ordinators to ensure that everything is going smoothly in the online classes. We are participating in all the inter school competitions and that too is working well. The school has various competitions that keeps the kids busy and excited with what will be the next event. All over am extremely happy with the school, and the education provided here. My daughter loves being here and its the best place to be as you are getting everything under one roof.

During pandemic when all parents are facing pay cut and requesting school to reduce the fees for the faclities they are not giving this year like Sports day/ Annual Day / events / uniform which is not given etc. but school is not ready to listen on top of that they want interest on fees if not paid on time. Teachers are doing great job to make our child learn via online mode. We request school to listen to the parents and they obey certain rules and understand the current situation and refund the money which is not used.....

Unprofessional school with Unprofessional teachers specially at the lower grades..just running a money making machine with not much focus on education. If there less than 1 star would have given that as well...seriously needs introspection...way more better school in the vicinity that is childrens academy or St Joseph at less than half the cost

The closure of educational institutions due to the pandemic as accelerated the development of online learning environment. The School has taken a lot of efforts in these difficult COVID-19 days to bring a classroom environment to students homes through the online learning class schedule so that kids learning schedule isnt hampered. All the teachers are excellent and trying to give the students maximum benefit along with care too. So I highly recommend Universal High School Malad to everyone.

The rating 3 star is purely for teaching staff for handling the education of kids during pandemic. Its been remarkable effort from them and shud be definately appreciate.Remaining big zero stars for management for handling the issues of parents on fee where lot parents raised concern with school to reduce the portion of the fee around the services which will not be used like sports day, annual day, food/snacks, various festival celebration, events, uniform and various such things for which school has not spend a single rupee. so atleast that shud have been reduced from the fee structure.Where many school reduced fee on humanity grounds to certain percentage considering the tough time parents might be facing this year due to pendamic, UHM was least interested in considering this.On top of it school has increased fee by 15% for this AY and not rolled back fee hike during pandemic time. Forcing parents to pay the full fee and if not paid threatened them to stop online education for their kids.School do share their rewards and achievements on fb page but when some feedback is shared, those things are deleted from fb page to just highlight good points on social media.School showcase that they share social and moral responsibility, but fail to fullfill when time has come.So eventually parents not having choice will stick for a year or 2 and then look for appropriate school having good moral ground and management which is considerate for parents as well and think of them as one family.

During Covid ,when Schools are reducing fee, School has increased the fee...3 stars for the teachers who are putting in great effort.

My son started his education from this school and has enjoyed every bit of the experience. The best thing about this school is they believe in Holistic Teaching. They encourage every child to explore the best in them by nudging them to bring it out in public and by appreciating every effort.

In terms of fees and faculty, this is by far the best school of Malad.

My child and we as parents are fully satisfied with the online classes run by the school. In our opinion no change is required in the current schedule. We understand that all teachers, co-ordinators as well as management is putting a lot of efforts in running these classes smoothly. These classes will not only keep our children engaged meaningfully and fruitfully but also help in covering the academic syllabus to a great extent by the time Covid 19 pandemic gets over and the school resumes. My daughter is currently in 5th grade.She joined the school last year after I shifted her from Vibgyor. I am extremely satisfied by the conduct of the management and the support of the teachers to conduct the online classes. I understand that it takes a lot of behind the scenes efforts to make something like this work out well. A truly great effort by the school by enrolling in the ISA. it is great to see that students from pre-KG to high school are informed about the animals their habitats and about how they have been wrongly treated. i feel that when from a young age they are informed they will try and use it through out their lives and more the people who are informed the more animals who will be saved.
