Worst service provider... They change channel no every year... Unable to find channel....

Noncence service and customer care.Automatically disconnected the some Chanels and apply extra charge.# Avery time ask payment.# Marathi Chanels not in Guide, last 1year.No any response from customer care.

The lady who picked the call was very rude and she hung up the call before I could ask anything.

I purchased one videocon fully automatic washing machine in march 2017 since than it is giving problem. Recently its panel went faulty as their service man informed us. The same is under warranty. Despite passing a period of 20 days company is unable to replace the panel, excusing out of stock.

In May end (2018) I called Videocon washing machine authorized customer care number, Mumbai, and registered a complaint regarding spin. Now, in Aug 2018 I face the same problem. The spin tub motor is burnt. The same process is repeated I call the customer care number file a complaint, there service person comes, opens the machine and says the machine installed is not our companys machine its a local machine. It costed me 3500/-I tell them to trace the previous complaint by machines serial number and they tell me that there has been no complaint registered for this serial number. Who do I trust? Is a brand name like Videocon doing such frauds with people?? Inspite of calling your AUTHORIZED CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER we get such issues. This time also it has been 3 days since the complaint is registered and today the person came and said it may take a weeks time to re-install the motor. Isnt a washing machine a daily utility item? We need immediate service for such items, dont we??

I had purchased Videocon 4Khd tv from Vijay Sales on 14.08.2016 with 3 years warranty, but the said LED display is getting black on uperside.
