Purchased 32 lnch smart TV..Good quality, reasonable price and great features co operative staff

False promises to sell you TV. They promised me 2700rs spike guard and when TV was delivered the spike guard I got was worth rs 1600. The excuse was that the 2700rs spike guard is not available today. They even billed that 1600 rs spike guard. So many follow ups since I bought the tv but still the same reason they have that the spike guard which was promised is not available yet. Once you visit the store they tell you to go to Google and fill good reviews. They will keep insisting you until you fill up a good review.

Goood experience. Sales officer at the shop was good and explained the features and differences between all the tcl TV models. After the TV delivery, next day the installation person was at home for installation.TCL tv is also working fine.I think thia tje the only brand which offers 3 yrs warranty.. The images and sound are crisp and clear.

They dont seem to be interested in sales . I finally got my P2MUS from kohi Noor. I was supposed to get a call once they have their debit card machine but never got the call. I got the 55P2MUS for 42k against the 45k quoted by TCL shop
