Sold TV... TV came... but was promised that old TV will be taken away by the shop...Several reminders no response... now m worried how will be the after sales service for my new expensive TV..

While sales everybody will treat you like a king. The real test comes after sales, I had a horrible after sales experience from super electronics. I actually returned the product and needed refund as agreed. They did made me wait for two hours and not even ready to look at me. Sales team and specially shop owner was not even ready to attend me and for a movement I felt like I am begging for my own money. My product was unused and company packed, price was 10000/- and they simply deducted return cost of Rs.3000/- for no reason.!! I hope you rethink your decision before getting into any trouble !!

I visited for LG washing machine. A good shop though I would prefer others as when I visited this place for enquiring about washing machine what I got was a cold response. There were not many models available. The person didnt explain anything about the models i was into. Though the talk was sugar coated the behaviour of neglecting this way is kind of rude. Its opposite to what this shop was few years ago. You will need to have patience to talk to these people.

I have purchased LG washing machine 9kg from Super Electronics 2years back for 35000k with the help of one lady Reshma who is sales woman. From the first day I purchased this machine have faced numbers of complaints and still facing, that lady had cheated us and sold us faulty machine and now no one from Super Electronics ready to listen the complaint and that lady had started ignoring ours calls also..Mr. Baba had helped us in between that but after certain period he also dont look after our complaints, no doubt he is honest guy....but requesting here not to buy any product from Super Electronics. I have lost my money behind this washing machine and LG service is also poor takes longer period to attend the complaints.SUPER ELECTRONICS are cheaters.
