Authorised CASIO service center. Genuine staff, very helpful and cooperative. Does a good job or repairing and maintaining CASIO equipment like watches calculators, keyboards etc.Also a YAMAHA keyboard service center though Im not too sure whether it is authorised or not.Overall very satisfied with the quality of work and spares.Located on the main road so very easy to find and parking is available around the place within walking distance.

Had been here to get our 30 yr old Casio CTK50 keyboard repaired. Loved the professionalism of the person. Since it was a very old model, I was told upfront about the charges in a very clear and lucid manner. Deal was simple. I pay an X amount if they can fix it,or I pay the bare minimum towards handling charges. I found the pricing genuine and handed over my equipment. A time period of 2 weeks was what I was given, but I got a call in just 10 days that my issue was resolved. My daughter is currently using the keyboard and it works absolutely fine. I am very happy with the service received.

Prices are justified, behaviour is good, cant expect anything more. They may not have an option to pay via card but, they do accept UPI.

The Owner/Manager is friendly, frank & honest. They dont sell any products, its a service center. I had very small issue in my Casio Calculator which was properly explained to me & got resolved within 10 minutes.We went walking from Dadar station. Its a very old service center & have won many awards as kept on display.

Dont go expecting youre gonna get offered tea and coffee and 5-star customer service. Its a service centre and it functions as such. No frills and prompt services. No hidden costs and cooperative owner and did I mention they dont cheat by putting some random battery or inferior parts in your priced possessions. Id highly recommend going there rather than giving your watch to your local retailer as that takes upwards of a month even for the most basic of repairs.

Good service center for Casio watches and calculator, I have very good experience with this service center, my Casio edifice watch glass was broken, I visited them they said they dont have glass available but they can get it from their Casio center and inform me ..After 15 days I received call form service center they said now they have the stock I can bring the watch .When I visited them they fixed my glass and even cleaned my watch from inside and outside and my watch was shining..I would like to appreciate them for such good service in mumbai city

I gave my Casio Baby G Watch for a battery replacement. However, the technician said that there is some technical fault and he will need to check it. So he took nearly 2 weeks to service the watch and then after I called back to follow up, he said the watch is not repairable and I can collect it. When i went to collect it, he said I have to pay 100 Rs for servicing it. I asked him that he did not repair it, so why the charge? He said that his technician were working on it to find the fault they could not fix, so the charge is for that. Be careful while handing over your precious watch. u will have to shell out 100 Rs even if your watch is irreparable.

This is a Casio Authorized service center. Quick service with a friendly customer representative. Try going a while after the shop opens in the morning to avoid crowd though the place generally gets done with customers very quickly.It might be tough to spot the place instantly so keep to the left.

I went to this place to replace the strap of my 14 year old Pro Trek watch. Gentleman called Sagar was super experienced and helpful at the counter. I got my strap replaced which was becoming an impossibility in any watch repair shops in Mumbai. The place also repairs all Casio and Yamaha products.

I had given my watch for servicing on 05th Oct19 and i got commitment that it will get resolved within 2 weeks (Max). Now, its been a month and still i have not received any update on this. I have a Casio product in warranty. Found the shop closed today. Was outside the shop around 11 am. Read in some other reviews that said theyre actually seen to be open around 10:30 am , and not the promised time of 9:30 am. Alas, they were closed. I tried calling multiple times on all available numbers but no response. I find that extremely unprofessional. I dont know how the other people have given good reviews.It seems strange. You need to either have the Casio website updated and keep a call forwarding/ voicemail feature if you guys are taking an unplanned day off. Its a huge inconvenience to people travelling to the only service centre in Mumbai.What a pathetic waste of both time and money.

Recently visited your service center to change the rasin band of my watch which was done quickly (thanks for that), when I asked about the battery replacement you asked me for physical bill, I had warranty card & SS of shipping details but you wanted physical bill only. You rudely said something which I ignored but you need to work on better customer experience.Update-I understand that Shipping details or order details is not an invoice and would not be considered. This is company policy. Then I was ready to get Invoice from amazon app but you insist to provide physical copy only…

The ONLY authorised service centre for Casio branded watches, especially the G-Shock series in Mumbai. The rest all the other service centers for Casio watches that you may find on Google, forget about them, cuz they aint.The owner is much informed about the products he services, plus very helpful too. I had given my special 35th year anniversary edition G-Shock for glass replacement as it had a fine scratch on it which frankly was a eye sore. He had informed me in advance itll take atleast 30 to 45 days as the glass / case was available only in Japan. Well, it took about a month or so, but finally today I received the watch, which I suspect the company must have changed the whole dial as it was looking brand new! Charges are nominal for regular issues like battery replacement, etc.Always know this, if anyone needs to visit a authorised service centre for Casio and also Yamaha musical instruments, Shree Samarth Electronics at Dadar, Mumbai is the place to go.
