Had Called them and asked in advance whether they had VOOC USB cable available they said yes ..but when I went they didnt had it ..I wasted my time and money travelling to this shop !

ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK 😭😭🤬. The staff doesnt know what they are there for and only land up providing sub par service. I went there yday (22/08/21), worst decision of my life and i curse that moment. My Samsung S10 had charging issue. So i showed it to Akram in the shop who plugged my phone into a powerful charger that we could get strong burning smell from port area. Then came Mr Wasim who said i will repair this for you in 1500 rs only i have original part also. I should have gone to the Samsung store 😥. He opened my phone, then said i dont have the part, so now wait and then did something to the phone. As of now, the phone gets charged, but the volume of the phone has reduced to 3. All of them in shop jointly couldnt find out what have they messed up. I am so upset with this episode. Looks like none of them know anything about phone. Please go here only if you want to be duped. #samsung consider if you really wants such franchise or dealership. I dont have a working phone anymore. RIP my Samsung S10.

Super pathetic service for washing machine repairs. The technician came after 4 hours of delay and charged 250 as visiting charges. Upon inspection, he said he needs to take the machine to his shop and estimated cost is 2500.I paid him the 250 bucks and called from Rm washing machine repairs (which I found on google) and you can read my review there for detailed experience.I would strongly recommend those guys over Satyam any day!

I dont know about the sales deals.....but service is extremely bad. There is a repair shop at the front of this shop. I did a stupid thing by giving a new expensive phone for screen replacement (I was too lazy to go to the authorized service center. Also I saw good rating for this shop on internet ). They just ruined my phone. It just stopped working. They gave the service fees back but I had to discard the phone. After some argument/reasoning with these guys and those inside the shop, I realized no one was bothered ...also realized what a mistake I did.My learning: Always go to the authorized service center even if the repair costs double or more...and if possible get the repair person check and confirm all other functionalities are working fine....at least from authorized service center you can expect a replacement if your phone is damaged in the repair process.
