Very poor customer service. I had gone to their store to ask for a ac and refrigerator and they kept pushing LG up my throat and when I asked for other products they were very uninterested to tell me about it. They have 0 technical knowledge and dont even know their prices at the tip of their tongue.I requested them to call me and tell me about another brand fridge and ac I wanted to buy and they did call me up but without having the prices ready and yet again tried to force LG on me even to the point where they asked me to allow them to give me a comparison as to why LG is better. I said I was uninterested in LG since their AC is a flop product and the fridges are ridiculously expensive. They still have not reverted back to me about the other brand pricing.experience as of 05/08/2020date of review 12/08/2020

We booked an lg front load 7 kg washing machine. The product delivered was damaged.We asked for a return and a new product for which they agreed. But surprisingly the new product delivered was the display piece from the shop for which we have video graphic evidence.When we confronted the sales lady she had no answer. We just let it go in the end since we did not want to create an issue.Both products delivered was in dirty packages and was already opened before...maybe a returned piece from someone.The second product delivered was dirty murky and dusty since it was the display piece.Omega electronics is just not trusted. Recommend to avoid them.Dont trust the 5 star reviews put since they are all paid reviews.

Omega electronics is the dealer of LG products. They have nice range of products and gives heavy discounts on products. Employees provide nice services to the customers. Its worth shopping from there.

Pathetic service. The salesgirl was rude and spoke with a lot of attitude. They were least bothered. Absolutely, didnt know how to speak to customers. I dont know what are they being paid for. I can only say they lost a valuable customer. I shall never visit the store again and will advise others the same.

Staff had good product knowledge. He explained difference between various brands of refrigerator. However negotiate well before booking any product.

There is not lower rating than this so giving 1star.It was very pathetic experience with this brand shop. I bought LG 7 KG front load washing machine from this shop. New washing machine given error on the 2nd day I tried to contact the shop person but they even not picked phone once sold.Pls dont go there.

Good place to buy electronics. Located strategically well right near the railway station, the shop is quite visible from most of the places.

I would like to give negative ratings for the service of the shop..But unfortunately that option is not available, so had to give 1 star..The people are not trustable for the price of the item..They agree to give in less price on phone and when actually reach in the shop refused to give in the same price..Worst technique of attracting customers by saying ha aap aajao shop pe..wohi price mein kar denge...Never trust their words..Cant comment upon the product quality, as havent bought any from the shop...
