Well, I would say it is the nice one. They truly helped me for my phone issue and the headphone was not working well. They repaired the phone and replaced the headphones accordingly. They take time but serve better !!!

The service center is good but the service is not.If your going for Apple mobile problems make sure you take backup. They charge you Rs2000 for backup They have many counters but only 2 were working. After waiting for long time it wont guarantee the problem will be solved.

I came in this Shop because I had a problem with my MacBook air. After paying à diagnostic 2400rs and waiting 8 days with no news. I came back to hear that there is a problem with the Motherboard and I need to change it. The bill ? 48000rs !A bit shocked I decided to find another repairer (near from Nyasa).Finally diagnostic + reparation = 9000rsNyasa it easy to pretend to be an apple specialist. But more difficult to be a real one.

Apple Authorised Seller and Service center.The staff is helpful and place is neat.Only thing is whenever requested for service,the service time is more around 2 to 3 working days.There is never too rush over here.

Worse experience ever they are not there ready to help the staff is not at all helpful and is totally rude they only have one thing to say for all the iPhones that is software issue and nothing else worse staff they don’t know how to communicate with the customer... i wish I could give them negative rating if this is going to continue APPLE will start loosing their genuine customers who has been with apple since ages but because of their attitude apple will start loosing customers soon... they are not at all helpful nor they are humble and they are very disrespectful and they feel they are the owners and we are their salve as if they have done a favor to us worse and pathetic staff kindly take this on higher level and do something about it they are least bothered in helping people out there.. they need to be reminded that they are there to help us not show us attitude they are liars they lie and twist n turn their own words contradict their own statement this is ruining apples image apple seriously need to see to this so many people have been complaining about it

Nice service provided by the staff. Overall process is bit lengthy basically due to companies policy and way of operations. I got my phones battery replaced within given time.

As a service center its great, but being an Apple service center, they steal your money as expected (unless your device is under warranty, of course).

This place is quite nice and the staff is welcoming.Very helpful and polite staff.The sales and the service department are next to each other so its very convenient.But the engineers here are not that knowledgeable as per my experience.I had submitted my macbook pro to reinstall sierra but they couldn’t install sierra and reinstalled high sierra and messed up with users and group in system preferences and user accounts. So again i told them to downgrade it to sierra and they told me that its not possible since the firmware has been updated. I called apple helpline india and they helped me to downgrade through telephonic conversation. So it was possible to downgrade.I had a bad experience with them this one time but all the other times my issues had been resolved.Also they are very expensive if your product is out of warranty.

Cordial staff but processing is slow. Furthermore, for any serious issue the Mumbai team ships products to Bangalore - so definitely not as quick a turnaround as one would normally expect from Apple! Surprised!

I would have given them 0 Stars if google allowed me to do so. I went there with my earphones (in warranty) issue which was not at all physically damaged. The moment I showed this to a service executive (a female) she denied me a replacement for the same and the reason for denying me was the 3mm jack holder skin was worn out which was not at all looking like one. She and her seniors were reluctant to help (treated me like a fool) and then I called Apple Customer Care in the Store itself and then he asked me for the image and then he said there is No Physical Damage and he asked me to get it replaced from one of their Elite Reseller in Mahim. So, a person from Apple Portugal helped me but Nyasa from India cannot. Nyasa is just a Store with Inexperienced Employees without Authorised Apple Certifications. Don’t ever go to Nyasa Reseller Store or Service Centre. Pathetic Service !! Screwing Apple’s Name in India !!

Had a problem with the speakers of my MacBook Pro Retina 13 mid 2014. The staff immediately identified it and said that they would diagnose the problem and if required would replace them.But to My surprise he also pointed out defects on the display where the coating had worn off, which I had really not thought about as it wasnt interferring with my vision.They not only replaced the speakers but also the entire display, and thanks to Apple Care I did not have pay a single penny.Great service and Very polite and helpful staff. Got my MacBook back in 4 days!

My concerns were addressed in a timely and professional manner.

RIP-OFF is what they do. The Nyasa authorised guys kept the phone for 5 days to say that my low earpiece volume issue would cost Rs15.5K for repair after charging me Rs1500 for diagnosing the Problem. Grew suspicious and took the phone to another service centre and they fixed it in a jiffy by cleaning the earpiece using a toothbrush and did it for free.

Disgusting service, the staff is not helpful and are completely incompetent. I had my battery replaced by them which came with a three month warranty. Within a month my phone started overheating and battery dying faster than before, when i went back to them they claimed it was a software issue which didnt make any sense and said there’s nothing they can do about it.Would not recommend this place to anyone and hope apple takes more care and doesnt hand out franchisees to such people!

They couldnt help me only, my phone was not working they should have asked the technician to repair or at least tried to repair, just they did one scan check and came out with an answer that the phone cannot be repaired, they asked me 29k replacement charge which is more than even the cost of my phone, finally I went to local repairer within an HR they got back to me and there was no issue atall only the charger wasnt working. Please close down such centres if they cant give any solution. 3 times I have visited this store nYsaa at prabhadevi Mumbai with multiple issues but none could be solved. And a quick update to iPhone the store from where I bought this phone CROMO dint give me a proper piece. Its just been 6months but from the 2nd day onwards I have been facing issue, I send complains mails and have virtually visited also both cromo and iPhone gallery but its pointless. I wish I wouldnt have ever purchased iPhone... A VIVO is anytime better.

Very poor service.. Though my phone was in warranty period , they denied to change or repair lighting connector(which was not working, but no physical damage was there). When they offer to buy this from their nyasa shop, it costs Rs.1700/-. Very bad experience.

Terrible repair center...they only recommend to replace your phone never repair. I went to this store with 2 different phones and 2 different problems for 1 they suggested a diagnostic time of 3 day after which if not repaired then replace and the other straight replacement which cost Rs25,000

For a product that sells premium, we expect premium service also. What apple and NYASA have forgotten is that putting sofa sets in their shop does not define service quality. One has to wait for more than 30 mins in queue and thats because most counters are not open. At times I found the service representative to be rude. And their ability to resolve a problem is nil. They will mostly suggest to give a refurbished phone to you, like they did to me when I went there with my iPhone a month back.So overall very bad experience

One the very helpful place for iPhone users, the staff are knowledgeable and guide properly.The place have a very good ambience, waiting area, parking area for two wheelers and security. It is visible from both side if u coming from town towards mahim or else you are goin forward from croma PRABHADEVI. Remember it is a one way so that you have to take care while choosing the way.

Cant fix iphone6 battery problem - phone in warranty so what ?? they wont provide any solution to it. battery serious issue treated as petty :(

I have iPhone7, i m facing yellowish tone display issue. i visit nyasa apple service center they are giving silly reason, they told me apple iPhone7 have two types of display 1 is BLUE TONE and 2nd is YELLOW TONE so you have yellow tone display. when i argue with him then he told if you want blue tone display so we only replace your display. i m very disappointed with apple service. i never suggest anyone to buy iPhone.

Very unethical service Center. Will give you several reasons why they cant repair your product, and try to sell you a brand new product. Go to the nearby F1 authorised Center - at least they are honest and dont have an incentive to upsell you.

Staff is cooperative but very slow service overall.Takes a lot of time. They dont send message or call for collection. We need to be calling and checking all the time. Out of 4 only 2 executives are available.
