On 12th Feb, visited the Kemps Corner Maple X store. It was a great experience. Right from the reception where I was introduced to Sameer - The Store Manager to Ali who helped me with the features of the iPhone with a detailed description and informative and helpful advice. Good to see First Maple apple Store in South mumbai.. Store is small against the other regular size maple stores in Mumbai which is why its called Maple X I guess..Maple stores are known for genuine Apple products for sales and service.. one can check latest and all Apple tech products here and just a small suggestion for this store.. keep all finances under one roof as some finance providers are missing in this store

Maple has changed. From a good and helpful store to a bad unfriendly and money grabbing store. Year ago the Kemps Corner staff amazed me with hours of help in back up and freeing my 16 gn iPhone 6 using their own items too in need now today the attitude is to act over smart and pretend using their finger to press an icon costs money. The store was empty and should remain so. Last year due to the extremely helpful nature at Kemps Corner I bought a laptop from Linking Road. Now maple is for me a not a apple help store but a greedy unscrupulous company our to extort and exploit customers.

Mr. Sheikh called during the lockdown to inform that their engineers are available over telephone to assist if you are facing technical problems with any apple products. This is an excellent gesture in these tough times.

Just don’t answer calls or even call back!

Extremely disappointed with APPLE India and especially Maple X.Iphone X lens started fogging up.I take it to these guys to get checked. They say they have to send it to Bangalore. Call after a few days and still no answer.Staff tells me to call apple directly as they have been given a vague answer for not being able to resolve the problem.Its been more than 10 days, I still dont know where my phone is, Mumbai or Bangalore. Staff doesnt know too LOLI was warned by a friend not to go to Maple X because of the horrible experience he had with his laptop. My bad.

The staff is most cooperative so.Akib who had attended me. I m fully satisfied with their behaviour & attending me.The branch is very handy in our south Bombay.

1)DO NOT GET TALKED INTO BUYING THE CARE POLICY (INSURANCE POLICY)The staff will sweet talk and try to hard sell an insurance/care package (that includes accidental damage, theft etc) upon purchase of your new apple product. Its extremely tempting considering the new phones and other products arent cheap. It will be made to sound like a cakewalk.Note - this is no where close to the service provided internationally by Apple with purchasing APPLE CARE +This is a New India Assurance policy and the procedure to get a claim is beyond pathetic and extremely time consuming.Unless you have a spare phone and a couple of weeks to keep following up, dont waste your time.Note II - The staff will pass the buck onto each other when they dont have an answer for the delay.Common answers you may get will be :-you will get a call back in 48hrssurprise audit has happened so XYZ is unavailable to talkXYZ has gone for a board meetingXYZ has taken the week offkindly give us 10mins to call you backNote III - You will be asked for the same personal details (Aadhar card, Pan Card and details of how your phone got damaged around 3-4times)Its been two weeks and I still havent received my new XS MAX - Insurance costs about 15k for 2yrs (read the fineprint)--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
