Horrible people. They charge you even if u call them for an estimate. Even without touching the ac or equipment be ready to shell out INR 300. My house if just 2 mins walking from their office, still cough up Rs 300. Thats company policy. horrible team.Extremely rude team of people. Atleast the person on call did not even know how to speak to a lady.

They guys dont know how to talk with customer and they only try to give excuse to denied for doing customer 1st installation service,they did fraud with meToday one engineer came and said I will not going to install your product because your office space is not match with our company policy and he goen without Doing anything after that I call to online store and they also got shock why they ms synergy electronic people didBecause of this company brand getting lose I suggest you all do not take service with this company

First of all they dont care about their customers as in my case there so called engineers came for AC servicing 20 days back took both indoor and outdoor machines with them and till now no we are not been communicated whether when we will be receiving our AC customer should be following up with these people and also I came to know that the reason for these delay is they have misplaced registration no sticker which is there on outdoor AC how unprofessional this people are Ill request all of you please dont repair your valuable electronics from here

One of the most incompetent service center hu is not able to resolve a problem in 3 years even after taking away the AC for repairs atleast 10 times in last 2/3 years. Voltas should immediately blacklist such outsourcing agencies

Pathetic and worse service. My good split AC, when I involved these people for re location a year back all the problem started and in 18 months four service. Every time they visit, they create another problem by cut short the cables, improper fixing, gas leakage...

They charge the AMC/CMC fee a full year in advance but have to be reminded for each service. The servicing is superficial which one could probably do oneself with a little knowledge. They would let the contract expire without a reminder for renewal. The service is poor and attitude indifferent.

Not good at all. My Split Ac has been taken by them on 7th June and today its almost 10 days over. No reply from their side. When tried calling them all no.s are bz else not receiving calls.Branded companies what the hell they are giving contracts to such helpless people.

Their technician Mustafa stole 2,500 from me when attempting to re-fill my Carrier Midea Airconditioner. He now refuses to answer phone calls and has kept his phone off. Stay away from these people and if theyre assigned to you by Carrier Midea for servicing, IMMEDIATELY ask for another vendor - these people will rob you!

Synergy Electronics is authorised service centre for Voltas AC. Voltas Ltd. Company has authorised them to attend services of its AC products bought by Voltas customers. On two occasion I had to interact with the staff of M S Synergy Electronics, first on 13th May, 2015 and second on 15th December, 2015. On both the occasions, the staff spoke to me over telephone rudely. She was arrogant on 13/05/2015 and 15/12/2015, the both days. There attitude was not customer-friendly. They were rude. Voltas Ltd should discontinue its service franchise with Synergy, Goregaon.

They do not deserve one rating also. They have inefficient staff. Have taken AC for almost 5 times in last 2months but still the issue is not solved. Voltas please take a note of the same.

Unfortunately could not give lower rating. Very bad service. Need to follow up with them for scheduling service of AC. I had to reschedule for 3 days and yet waiting for the technician. I have given an AMC so do not have any other option
