Please DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They take money in advance and then send OLD GOODS. When asked the owner the reason y did he send old goods the owner told me I will send what I have in stock. I have recently bought from them in 2020 and I have received goods of year 2018 and 2019.I REPEAT PLEASR DO NOT BUY FEOM THEM

You good bargaining skills. The people are friendly but the products were limited. Do your research before going to this place. Its big showroom with small entrance. Shops inside shops under shops. Heavy discounts available but you need bargaining. I found better option on amazon sale else i would have definitely bought fridge and tv from here. They didnt reduce price of fridge further.

Have been buying things since quite long. I have experienced a friendly staff. though expecting an apple showroom kind of behaviour here is what you shouldn’t expect, rather a desi, friendly & well mannered is what you see.The price are competitive & delivery is fast. This store deals in electronics, on my recent purchase of a AC the delivery guys before getting the material called me up started asking for extra money to deliver the product. I was promised free delivery of the goods. I was shocked and made a complain to the store manager and the product was finally delivered. Bill was not sent to my address with the Ac and I had to visit the store 2 times to get the bill. We do not expect this type of customer service.

The staff at fair deal are ill mannered and have no decency of addressing the customer. They looking into their phone and talk to the customer. They do not know how to sell any electronics and give wrong measurements of the television I bought. They do not do a simple refund or exchange of a television. In total a really bad experience and wouldnt recommend anyone to buy electronics from Fairdeal.

It was really a pleasure dealing with Mr.Sufyan from Fairdeal electronics. I came across Fairdeal Electronics on an online forum, and as Im not from Mumbai (Im from Tamilnadu), I was a bit hesitant initially as I wouldnt be able to go to this store in person. But I eventually got to know from a few members of the forum that Fairdeal people are very reliable. And my experience too is the same. Mr.Sufyan was extremely patient in replying to all my clarifications. They took excellent care of my item; packed it properly in a wooden box; shipped it promptly! I will surely deal with them in future too.

Very bad service I have bought woofer which has stopped working after a week and the person took it back for repairing now it’s more than 3 weeks nobody calls back or give an update .everytime I call new person asks for detailed history .despite of telling them that the woofer was bought for commercial person and we cannot play music without woofer .totally disappointed.had to write here as no one is responding from branches and service centre .highly not recommended.
