I went to the dyson experience store, Mumbai to test the airwrap. It’s a revolutionary device with a significant learning curve. Hence it is extremely important to demonstrate its functionality. Dipika from the sales team was a utter disappointment with this task. She was too occupied engaging in futile gossip and didn’t have two cents of patience to explain the product effectively. When I faced an issue with my product and reached out to Dipika, she very conveniently forgot to launch a complaint and fix my issue despite of me calling her three times.This is when Brendon stepped in so graciously and helped me choose the right set for my hair type. He was kind enough to sanitise all the attachments for me and helped me get a good deal. Thank you Brendan for your service, you are a true darling.Guys always remember to pick a good salesman.

“Never buy Eureka Forbes vacuum cleaner”.I had registered a complaint on 6th of Oct about my vacuum cleaner. Till 10th Oct, no one attended to my complaint.Today I made four calls to their call centre to check the status Their call centre guys are arrogant and will not promise any date. I tried reaching their supervisors, they put me on hold for 15 mts on each call and vanished!I tried reaching Mr.Mukesh (Manager Eureka Forbes, Mumbai). Even he seems to be busy to attend or return the call!Today evening, one random guy showed up. When I showed the defect of the machine, which was low suction, he called his office to seek an answer.Surprisingly, the technician was not knowing to open the machine and see the dust bag! Something was not adding up! It seems, they had sent some random technician!Then he said, the motor is gone, the product is outdated and the parts are unavailable!If this statement is true, it’s not worth investing. Beware, their service is a hype!

Original Dyson products are available here. They are of excellent quality. There were few price discount schemes going on during February 2020. The Dyson products are many times more expensive than similar products of other brands in the market. But their products are quite innovative in design.

Initially calling customer care & watsapp messages, I got no response. Then they promised to call back in 12 hrs but nobody called. Once they spoke to me and they delivered my product in 2 hrs. I was super impressed with the follow up and delivery. They went out of the way to gift wrap and wait for my wife to come home to surprise her.All’s well that ends well. Ashley did a great job!!Manohar the delivery guy waited for long.Cheers!!!
