I would suggest avoiding this store since it has zero sensitivity towards their customer esp during COVIDMy personal experience whn I purchased a new phone with a valid warrantyJust after 2 months the phone began to act rather odd and started switching offI called them they didn’t respond I then visited the store and instead of helping me out they toldMe that they aren’t responsible and it may be a theft product and so I should it to the Samsung workshop which is an hour away as a store this isn’t how they should interact with their frst time customers the behaviours was really rude and inconsiderate.

Worst place to buy things. Never exchange things once they sold even after few seconds. So would not suggest this place at all to gift things from here to any loved ones.

I have been buying perfumes from here for a few years now, never got duplicate perfume but recently got a perfume which turned out to duplicate, since they dont have exchange it was quiet a hassle however we were adamant as lot of money was at stake, a lesson learnt
