I have the worst shopping experience of my life from Arcee. They sold me a costly microwave oven promosing delivery in 2 days. I got a faulty product which I did not take. Later they told me since product price increased they cannot give me new product. Till date I have neither got replacement nor my money back. Their refund process takes more than a month. No one in the store is takes any responsibility for refund or replacement. Anyone who has spare money to give to Arcee can purchase product and then wait for refund since they sell products which they themselves dont have in stock.

U get personalized service and good discount on most of the products that u can see in malls and big showrooms. Best part all the demo and installation process is taken care by Arcee Electronics itself.In case product not available with them.they order and give it to u as well.

Very much bad experience , I bought L G fridge but I got my delivery after 10 days ,for that they promised me to give a gift voucher. They gave as what they promised, an expired nd used gift voucher. This is d condition. So take item but on your own risk

I used to buy all home appliances from Vijay Sales, this time I thought of trying, ARCEE Electronics but it had been a very BAD experience and would like to share all who will read it - let them be careful.I bought Voltas window AC (1.0 T) from Arcee Electronics, Kharghar, at the time of purchasing, representative of Arcee, Kharghar, Mr. Ajay Singh assured me to give free service i.e. just inform them and they shall take care to arrange for service engineer. Now, he is simply refusing to provide any services and I had to take the trouble of registering a complaint directly with your customer care. (Ref. - Invoice No. 42401 (Order No. – ORD1425648) dtd. – 23.03.2014.I am extremely upset with Arcee Electronics, Kharghar and his representative of Arcee, Kharghar, Mr. Ajay Singh towards their bad behavior and demand action against them.Your response and action in this regard would decide, how I should choose ARCEE in fuure or NOT, so please confirm your response and action taken in this regard at the earliest possible.
