This palce is worst. They dont have manners how to talk to a costomer they refuse to accept my famcard says its ZALILACK OF PROFESSIONALISMHarmful behaviour TO COSTOMER.They dont give you BILL and when I asked give me bill they say hey just write it down on paper yrr and give it to him ??I purchased a mosquito racket I know it dont have warranty and they said once sold they will not take it back I understand that does not mean they will not provide me the bill, once sold good have to provide bill this basic business management they dont get??This is how they act to a costomer and when I clicked the photo of banner one staff/owner said what are you doing?why clicking photos. Then I showed him writing a review multiple times then they got that. How illiterate they are and running a big shop!!!!! A brand!!! #shame #respect

Very polite and nice staff
