They have really got worst management ,i called medical they said yes it is available but at night we cant send you that ,next morning i asked for same thing they said no we have no stocks which in later when i went to store within 1hour the product was available.They should mention minimum order value or delivery charges are fine too. But this causes inconvenience

Pharmacy staff has too much attitude! When u call on their landline number they ask u to Whats app. order, when u Whats app. they dont attend to yr order for days together. Theyve started an App. & website ordern; when they cant handle basic modes of placn an order.

A very huge medical store just outside the station in the East. They are a medical-cum-general stores. Good staff.They dont offer discounts on medicines. In many of the pharmacies/chemists they do offer a 5% discount or whatsoever. But not here.v

Gud staff behavior, but when go to the pharmacy you must carry the prescription given by doctor. They hesitate to give even normal medicine without prescription. Overall gud staff behavior and easy to excess store.

Byculla Pharmacy and Stores are now open for 24 hours since 2017. It is now fully Air conditioned. It has certified pharmacists and the staff here is well trained and are in their Uniforms.

PatheticThe Night Staff Doesnt KnowAbout aNormal Folic Acid Tablet which is used for ulcers.They should keep some experienced staff.And I bet they had but didnt knew where it was kept.

EXTREMELY SLOW STAFF. We were in the zoo and a friend of mine needed pudinhara pearls as his stomach was upset and was vomiting. I seached for a medical shop and found this shop. I asked for a packet of pudinhara pearls and they kept me waiting for 15 mins for only one packet.

I had been to this pharmacy alot of times the place and the ambience ls good the staff are very good. They do advice you for skin problems thats how I had got my face cream which I think they make it in hous. The face cream is awesome you can see the results in two days. Jus a request as i hav shifted from Mumbai to Tamil Nadu can you please make it online available so I order it after my skin results most of them want to buy buy Im not able to cum to Mumbai often.please its a humble request.

I came to take medicine. That medicine needed doctors prescription but i had only the photo of that prescription not the original. When i tried to convey this to the person (Male maybe 50+) woking there he replied very rudely that he cant give it. He also added we have to stamp that paper ..So should i stamp it on your mobile? (i.e. Tera mobile pe stamp karu kya?) ... I said to him that he could have said it politely also but he was not ready to accept his mistake.Never expected such a behaviour from byculla pharmacy ... Previous experience were good but not this one.Just a request please look into the behaviour of the workers towards the customers.NOTE: I am not talking about all the workers there i am talking about the one which i encountered.
