This place is not work for single star but to post a review im forced to rate them.One of the worst driving school, unprofessional... all they eat up your money stating you would get 20hrs class, but never happened to be and on sunday they take you highway training but along they also take 3 students additional and you get to drive only for 15min and mark as 1hrs training (double training)Moreover they keep changing your timing as is when they get new student and park you for days together stating that they dont have slot.Worst of worst institution is this so called New Ruby Driving training centre onmy personal experience.

The teachers are always trying to earn by giving you personal classes ad never try to teach you during their classes .. also they finish the class always 5-10 mins early.. which means your class is only for 25 minutes

Very Unprofessional. Staff appears nice at first, but the instructor is bad.No instructions about safety.No fixed timing.Only 20 min driving for half hour class and 40 min driving for 1 hour class, extends to 45 min if you insist. As if he is doing a favour.No use of complaining about the instructor to staff. It seems they have no control over him.Totally agree with the person saying the instructor knows driving but not teaching.Although, he did not occur rude to me till now as other reviews are saying.Please find some other school even if it is a bit far. This one is not worth the money.

My experience with Ruby has been wonderful all these years. I had taken training from this institute back in 1999 and managed to get the 4-wheeler license in the very first test. Those were the days when we had no mobile phones or social media.What impress me most has happened after 20 years. I had relocated to Kerala & later to UAE in 2000. My driving license got expired during last July 2019. It was mandatory that I should personally visit RTO in Mumbai. Was wondering what to do and where to go after all these years. Thought of Ruby and started googling for contacts and landed up reaching this angel Mr. Sameer. Needless to say, the service he offered me was amazing and prompt. He did all the formalities for me and I had to just visit Mumbai for a day to give the bio-metrics.I strongly suggest this institute to whoever wishing to learn driving. They are just a call away for any needs even after you receive the license.Keep up the good work Sameer!

Useless, Rude and Worst driving master on the planet! Say half an hour learning and teach for 20 minutes! Or Say one hour training and they teach for 35 minutes.

Never gives 30mins class. Total 20 class but out of which one is theory, which they never tell you. You will not learn driving.Always they control steering and clutch.

Rude guides..unprofessional...not recommended unless there is no other option.

Bahut achi training milti hai .or har kaam me help karte hai .paisa wasool hai .aapko koi problem hai to solve bhi karte hai.bahut se log apna kaam nikalte hai phir bura bura likhte hai.excellent experience with 16 yrs
