We visited NOVA Chembur center in July 2020 on Dr. Prasad Mahadevans recommendation. After all tests of both, doctor Richa suggested to go for IUI but after 3 IUI failure Dr. suggested to go for HYSTOCOPY. After hystoscopy Dr. suggested to go for IVF.In Aug 2021 weve got positive resultsNow my wife is pregnant. Thanks to Dr. Richa, entire team.Centre is well equipped , all staff are so polite & cooperative, knowledgeableI suggest if u can afford dont waste ur time bcoz as ladies age passes conception becomes difficultONCE AGAIN THANKS NOVA ENTIRE TEAM............

Wonderful experience at Nova IVF Chembur.Our sincere gratitude to Dr Richa Jagtap and her co-operative staff. Our dream is fulfilled after 9 years of marriage. We highly recommend Nova IVF.Before approaching Nova, we had tried in another reputed Fertility IVF Centre in Thane for 2.5 years. In that period we have gone through IUI, hysteroscopy, ERA and lastly IVF twice all of which were failed attempts. We were heartbroken when the doctor recommended us to approach CARA for child adoption. We are not against adoption but we were not convinced with the idea that we cannot conceive. Not to mention the enormous money we spent plus the physical and emotional trauma we faced.We approached Nova IVF in end of Jan 2021 after checking the positive reviews regarding the Centre and Doctor. Dr Richa Jagtap heard us out completely, went through our past failed attempt records and guided us correctly. We went through hysteroscopy and ERA (which went through smoothly) under her guidance and gave us the perfect conclusion to proceed with IVF. We have got positive pregnancy result in the first attempt in July 2021 which was nothing less than a miracle for us.We will forever be grateful to Nova, Dr Richa Jagtap and her entire team who have supported us in our journey.

Excellent facility. I consulted Dr. Richa and she was very warm and patient. She explained the IUI and IVF procedure extremely well and cleared all my doubts and inhibitions. After initial tests my IUI got cancelled but Dr. Richa motivated me to keep a positive attitude. I got the desired result in the first attempt at IVF. Thank you so much Dr. Richa... Regarding administration, they explain you the procedure and costing very well.. however in my case few points were missed but they took my feedback very well. All nurses get to know you and are very friendly... I would definitely recommend Nova.

We visited once Nova IVF in December 2018 and they have told us that My wife cant cocieve naturally. Afterwards they start calling us very frequently and started asking us to visit again and go for IVF sooner. We stopped entertaining them and started doing Yoga, meditation and running. By lord Shiva grace in March 2019 we got the good news and my wife conceived naturally. Now we have 1.5 years old son.

Dr. Sneha Sathe is one of the best IVF specialist and her team is fantastic. I thank Dr Sneha from bottom of my heart for her treatment due to which I could conceive and blessed with twin baby girls after 12 years of my marriage. The 5 stars I have given is specifically for Dr. Sneha Sathe. She is an exceptional fertility expert. She is very well read and will answer all your questions patiently no matter how stupid they are. She will reply to all your text queries throughout your treatment whatever the time of day. Her calm demeaneor is just what you need in your doctor specially when this is such an anxious time for you who is seeking treatment. She will not make false promises. She will tell you things as they are and also give you best possible solutions with all honesty. Her treatment is methodical and thorough. My hysteroscopy, egg retrieval and embryo transfer went smoothly and there wasn’t any complication at all, all thanks to Dr. Sathe’s expertise. I am glad to have had her as my doctor. I wholeheartedly recommend her to everyone.The nursing staff at Nova are all very good. They are kind and well trained nurses.The medical treatment at Nova is exceptional and I recommend everyone to go here but brace yourself for a few non-treatment related problems that will make your life difficult but will be worth enduring in the end.I will rate Nova fertility centre at 3.5 stars because they have quite a few administrative and training issues they need to sort.1. They sell you a package of 2.35 lakhs but then charge you extra for all medications, blood tests, scans, embryo freezing, embryo defreezing etc. I also had a hysteroscopy before the ivf treatment and paid separately for that. Nothing is included in this so called “package”. The 2.35 lakhs only covers the injections for egg retrieval, (9 in my case) the egg retrieval procedure and the embryo transfer and your doctor’s expertise and undivided attention. Expect to spend around 4 lakhs per IVF cycle in 2021.2. Their support staff ( non medical staff) is not very well trained. They are not diligent with payment reminders and scheduling. They will not tell you when you are in the clinic and call you later for payments or forget to tell you payments are due altogether. This is going to cause you some serious stress.3. They do not sell medicines at MRP. I have personally paid over the drug’s MRP at their pharmacy. I have bills to prove this. Patients need to buy all medicines from outside or pay a premium at Nova.4. Nothing goes according to schedules- not your daily appointments and not even your embryo transfer. They schedule appointments and ask you to be there 15 minutes in advance but you end up waiting for 45 min to 1 hour anyway. In a pandemic no less. My embryo transfer was 2 hours off schedule. Doesn’t sound like much but try being on a full bladder!Having said that, please note that all the issues at the Chembur centre is administrative and not medical. They have top notch medical staff and procedures. I wholeheartedly recommend Nova IVF centre to everyone. I would definitely recommend Dr. Sneha Sathe to my own family.

Good center with all amenities

I agreed for IVF only on one condition that no surgery should be required. In my first meeting i was very clear and had a long discussion with the doctor at Nova because i had taken almost 5 opinions from other gynaecs and all said laparoscopy is a must as my case was too complicated, especially after my first scopy. Novas doctor didnt want to lose a customer, she sounded so confident and said all looks good, there by convincing us to proceed. Immediately we started with injections for ovum pick up. Soon as my eggs were retrieved Dr. said i should look out for a good gynaec and evaluate my uterus as she wasnt an expert in programming my uterus. She passed the buck on. Adding to our distress other gynaec said embryos will get wasted if i wasnt operated and it costed us 1 lakh approx.We had no option as nova succeed in tricking us by freezing my embryos. We got really upset and got operated elsewhere and after 5 months my uterus was made ready for embryo transfer. Two embryos were transferred. It resulted in miscarriage within one month of pregnancy (.I advise people to be very careful and straightforward when you deal with nova. My cost doubled.I am an NRI and it was a great loss of 5 months time stay instead of 2 months as pictured to us. Having a baby is a matter of destiny but such traps by ivf centers are really unethical ways to make money.

We were trying to conceive baby from last 4 years. So we approaches so many doctors as well as treatments but no luck.Finally one of the doctor suggested for NOVA IVF and we came here, did the treatment and got GOOD NEWS, that I am pregnant. So we are so happy today.Thanks a lot Nova, Doctors and all the supported staff.
