Pathetic Service and Money laundering Machine.Very rude staff at reception and doctors dont even touch the patient, only tell the relative to move the patient adjust clothes etc, even for elderly bed ridden patient.Dont give proper bills and deny to give bill for ambulance,There is no lift facility for patients.We had to carry hospitalized patient over steep stairs.And once again very rude staff.Bad luck for Badlapur, not to have good diagnosis center.

Pathetic... People here are idiots... they make silly mistakes... like wrong doctors name... wrong value for long column... they even give u report which is not yours... Worst diagnostic center... should close down ASAP... we were here for 3 hrs to just reprint our reports which are wrong because of them.... and whomsoever work here are trainee i guess... they even dont know things in report which anyone can figure out using comman sense... Very bad experience of my small babys reports... how can these people b so irresponsiblethey did not gave us reports on time. 1 time they are saying dengue positive on call n later they are saying dengue negative.. is this kind of testing ? n we got reports next day n for their mistake they are saying again we want to test the child blood. very worst.

Assistant doctor is very rude, no manners to talk, medical terms arent clear to him, doesnt understand previous reports done from other places, yells as if he is doing favour on us by doing his job.On the other hand main doctor Mrs.Shinde will just come for formality to do the checkup.Worst queue management, no social distancing, ppl come for checkup with 3 to 4 family members in covid times.

Costs are high, No social distancing, No privacy, Doctors are Rude, average waiting Time 2 hours, deals only in cash, I had sonography which report was not cleared & again I have to do the same in other Lab. Not Recommnded at all

Please avoid Kuran Diagnostic Centre.Cost is high as they provide huge commission to doctors who refer them.

Their staff is not good i requested them to send me digital report as I cannot reach the centre because its far from my place so they directly denied and said that for this you have to come to the centre as we are busy we can only provide you once you come and when I visited all of them just doing gossip and TP. Worst experience. Receptionists and other consultants / doctors are very rude. No queue is maintained irrespective of how critical condition patient is in. Had to wait for 2 hours when we had booked advance appointment. Charges are also very high in comparison with other diagnostic centres. Basic necessities like water is not provided even when someone has come for ultrasound. They are asked to buy water from outside. Most of the people roam around without masks. No sanitizer available.Overall worst experience, will not suggest to anyone.

NO Respect for Senior Citizens. They are made to wait for more than two hours and not given appointments when asked for.No rules followed regarding social distancing. Patients relatives who are not infected are highly under risk of getting infected by waiting there for 3 to 4 hours.

Staff behaviour is pathetic.. They wont give u any particular time for collecting report & if u ask them for an estimated time, u will get rude reply. They act as if they are doing meherbani.

I am sitting here at the centre. Timing to start is 10am. Right now its 1130am and still there is no sign of anyone operating the machines. People of all ages, but majority of them are of old age, are waiting here since 0930am without having eaten anything as these tests require empty stomach. Upon asking receptionist, who is verysvery arrogant btw, says its not their fault. But whose is it? No one follows any protocols here. People who works here come as per their own convenience but patients wait here since 0930.Inshort, its the worst center to get your screenings done here. I regret a lot.

I have visited centre today by 4.30pm and still there is 2parient about to finish but Staff said we have full our morning appointment u can come 6.30pm now I have decided to wait till 6.30pm in center only with my wife..Dr came 7.pm there is nobody before us past 3hrs which we have awaited but when the time come to start the patient staff sent some other patient who has came just before 15mins..when ask to reception they replies this patient awaited 2hrs in morning and went off..Now pls tell me if that patient must have awaited 2hrs in morning then I must have seen because I was present at least 1hr before Morning opd finished..whatsoever it is not good sign..I have written in brief just because I do not want anybody will have to face this again..every1 is nt so vocal..i hope this feedback u can take positively for better service.

As the experience was very bad . As I ask for good copies of my sonography they answer was unexpected . They told as we can’t provide the zoom copies you will get normal copies as we are facing some zooming issue . We can’t resolve this because of lockdown . As they are taking a a lots of fees but provide 0 percent services .

They will call you to collect Report at particular time, once you reach they will say wait for 1 hour doctor is yet to arrive. Is this kind of service & way you treat your patients by making them wait unnecessary. Highly disappointed. Will not recommend this hospital to anyone.

There sonography centre is on 1st floor which is very inconvenient for patients without a lift. They could have considered human pain while at planning stage. They deal only in Cash. Thats very inconvenient. Moreover, jab majboori ho tab hi jana yaha.

Kiran dignostic centers staff & doctor no given preference for first coming patient they only given preference to those who have come from their known hospital patient only take it first. My wife went to kiran dignostic center for follicular studies test at 10.30am and did not take her number even till 2.00pm. For peoples information, i tell you that it takes only 10 to 15 minutes for a follicular study test.

Do not go to this place for blood testing only for CT scan it is ok

Doctors in Badlapur are requested not to prescribe radiation diagnostics. It is a third class diagnostic center. They dont care about your time. The reception staff is fine.

Faltu dignostic center does not go any way to test any test.1star has not given any information. It is the appointment that the patient has to give to the caretaker. I will be able to scan my wife for 4 hours and I will not be able to answer the appointment date. And if you do not know how to scan it, then go to the scan and get an appointment with you. No value of the patient and your card will not be available.
