Had a good experience at Godrej memorial hospital. Its a multi facility hospital the staff is well trained, at the entrance they sanitized your hands and check the temperature, also inside the hospital after every checkup of the patient the seats are sanitized and kept Clean and hygiene, Every doctor wear PPE kit before any check-up of the patient. The good thing is its a very spacious, systematic arrangements and large waiting area and also sufficient sitting for everyone. Staff is good and polite and cleanliness is up to mark. Parking area spacious.

Very decent experience with the 1 day visit for vaccination purpose. It is very clean and tidy and nicely managed. The hospital staff treats you well and even the security are strictly maintaining the order. Cleanliness is maintained and there is a good canteen inside hospital which offers tasty menu to visitors too. Parking is also available but for limited number of cars. And it has multiple entrance for different purpose.

Visited the hospital for Covid vaccination. My 85 year old dad has problems walking. Even as he stepped out of our car, the security arranged for a wheel chair and ensured that he had no problems. Found all the staff to be trained to attend to patients even without any supervision. Great going guys. Keep it up.

This is a multispeciality hospital located in Vikhroli East very close to Vikhroli railway station they have parking inside the facility for the visitors as well as doctor they have a medicine shop along with an ATM outside the premises they have doctors available 24 by 7 in all the domain + they also offering covid vaccination for the allotted persons

So I booked an appointment here for my mothers second vaccine dose.Worst service ever. thinking the name is big do the place and guidelines will be better. I visited today to consult Dr. Jiten choudary for my dads hernia consultation, Drs Consultation and recommendations went well...but the OPD cordinator ladies who send the patients one by one to OPD room was not professional and so careless about the patient waiting order. Sending patients randomly and not by the billing time order which is being displayed on Drs pc screen.these created confusion in patient name while doing prescription.... Dear Dr these unprofessional coordinators will spoil ur good review. Pls tc.

Not impressed on how they are manging the vaccination drive . No effective social distancing. Too many registration formalities and time wasted due to unwanted procedures. Wish they adopted quicker processes.

I went here for my vaccination the overall service of this hospital is good ,but on which date i got vaccinated on that day I didnt received my certificate. I have to call them keep a follow up then to I didnt received my vaccination certificate. I got vaccinated on 19th of july and I have received my certificate on 9th august after continue keeping a follow up.

Dangerous doc palan. He kills you slowly. He gives you slow and painfull death. My sister passed away thanks to palan. He purposely kept bp and sugar high. She had a paralysis attack and passed away. Cant trust doctors here.. all 3 doctors I visited were very money minded. One mr palan not just money minded even gives you wrong medication and advice as well. He told me bp of 190 is nothing to worry. There is a racket being run at the payment counter for Covid Vaccination. The amount of vaccination is Rs. 780/-. The lady at the counter sends everyone back saying that she does not have Rs. 20/- change & asks to collect later. I almost forgot to take my money back & i have almost 6-7 friends who forgot to take their money back. Imagine the amount of money the ladies at the counter are making every day!

I usually go to my family physician in ghatkopar but as my family physician went to native place I went to godrej hospital opd of dipesh pallan. Very money oriented doctor. He is specialist in ruining your heart. He was more interested in doing your heart surgery rather than find a way to prevent in doing. My family doxtor on the other hand tried all the way to prevent heart surgery and he was successfull in that. I dont need a heart surgery. Doctor like this ruining the name of the hospital. As whenever I say the doctor is bad to my family and friends. No one ask which doctor but they ask which hospital.ruining the name of the hospital for no fault of its. Godrej should review there on board doctors if they want to compete with other private hospitals

Very very dangerous doctors practicing here. Having been regular visitor since 2016. Since my wife has bp. Was under dr palan. His medicine are such that bp always remain above 180. Even when consulted he say bp 190 is also fine. We believed him but slowly in gap of 2 years in 2018 because of bp my wife kidney failed. Heart only 20 percent of heart is functioning. Even after going to Dr palan every month and pointing out her high bp he didnt change medicine and told 190 is a good range for bp.

Very very bad hospital..I just settled in mumbai.. before I was living in banglore. Under a good physcian who looked after my mother heart and never let the bp go above 150. Bp was under control. Came to mumbai and was under deepesh palan. His medicine are more to make you ill rather than curing the illness. Under deepesh palan My mother bp was always above 180. And he used to to say 190 range is fine.infact any range above 160 is dangerous to your heart kidney and brain. Deepesh palan intention is to get you a heart problem.. kidney problem then earn with surgery. Luckily I shifted my mom out to fortis hospital in mulund. Though it it is far atleast I am getting a better treatment.luckly they dont have doctor like deepesh palan

Worst hospital.. doctor here are just there to loot the patients.. my mother was admitted with fever which was not going from 5 days.. my bad i came too godrej hospital and was under some doctor called dipesh pallan. he is hell of a looter. he did 100 of test on my mother and kept her in icu for 13 days. then i asked for discharge and took her to local doctor in bhandup. came to know that because of her high sugar she was having fever. which subsided by taking insulin and few medicine. no hospitalization required... such doctors should be striped of doctor degree

This review is for the HBOT (Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy) facility provided by a specialist Team in this Hospital. HBOT is very useful for many physical issues like Cystitis, Proctitis, Gangrene, Other Internal or External Injuries due to Accidents, Prolonged injuries due to diabetics, Hearing problems in ear and many more. In HBOT chamber the air pressure is increased by 3 times and under such air pressure the patients are provided pure 100% OXYGEN to breathe which gets mixed with blood & plasma and helps in healing process. It works best when one takes it daily.My mother has developed Radiation Cystitis due to the side affect of Radiation that she had taken 3 years back. Due to this problem she started bleeding with her urine. HBOT is one of the recommended treatment for Radiation Cystitis.The HBOT facility in Godrej Hospital is one of the best. The Leader of this facility is Dr Rajan who is a Ex Navy Officer (Doctor) specialized in this therapy. He is just wonderful in his approach and very cordial in his behavior. His approach towards the patient is appreciative. Very soft spoken and down to earth.Mr Shaktipada Dey, (in short Dey Dada) is another gem of this unit who again is an Ex Navy Man specialist in Submarine technology where this HBOT therapy is used mostly. He is also a vivid marathon runner who is frequent in different Marathon happens in & around Mumbai. He never minds how many questions you keep asking him for clarifying your mindAkshay & Sahil are the Nursing Staff who assist the patients inside the HBOT chamber. They are best in coordinating and taking due care of the patients if they need any help like feeling mild pain due to air pressure inside the chamber. While Akshay is a good Cricketer who wins matches for his hospital, Sahil is a marathoner along with Para Gliding.I must tell something about Vivek who is the one from Engineering department who controls the air flow, Oxygen flow inside the chamber from outside. He is the one who handles the flow with minute details. He also coordinates with nursing staff from outside by monitoring the patients from CCTV.There are few others like Dr. Ghosh who is also a member of this HBOT facility who is again an Ex Navy Officer (Doctor). Very soft spoken and warm hearted. He is so down to earth that one would wonder being such a senior person how can he be so soft.Other support Team like Tushar from Engineering Department, is also worth mentioning who keeps monitoring the overall set up from his capacity. He keeps helping the team by relieving other team members during busy urgent scheduleDevidas (fondly he is called as Mama), is the housing staff who undoubtedly keeps the entire set up clean. He also helps bringing the patients thru wheel chair/stretcher from outside and also help them along with nursing staff to get in the HBOT chamber.Overall, the HBOT facility in the Godrej Hospital is a boon to many patients and the approach of everyone mentioned here is just amazing.With the 15 sittings, I have developed a friendship with all of these people and I must say that any patient coming to HBOT facility in Godrej will feel the warm that I have felt. Not only do they make you do the exercises, with patience and care, but also motivate, which is very important.I observed that they had the same level of consistent dedication with each patient.Thanks to the Physiotherapy department and once again the hospital.There is however one small request to the management, if the Billing and Reception personnel could be more patient friendly.

I had a very horrifying experience with Godrej Memorial Hospital, Vikhroli to the extent that the medical services, service if I may say, were extremely pathetic as far as my late grandfather is concerned. My grandfather was admitted to the hospital on January 20th for covid and respiratory problems. He was shifted to ICCU on 23rd Jan after testing negative for covid. But for our misfortune the RMO, nursing staff and the consulting doctor Shri Sagar Patil in particular were very callous and negligent. They were concerned only for money and it is not a hospital but can best be described as a Money Minting Organisation without an iota of care for their patients. I strongly feel that I lost my grandfather due to the gross negligence and inexpertise of the hospital. I would never recommend anybody for any treatment at the said hospital for the aforesaid reasons.

Went there for consultation with orthopaedic dr Harold DSouza for my mom and sister on Wednesday and some investigations advised then further treatment will be evaluated but again when I went for showing report on Saturday they said again you need to pay the Full consultation fees which is 600/- per patient which I objected but it all went in vain as at the end the administration said the doctor refused to check the report,he will check only after you pay full consultation fee which is definitely not done.

Beware this hospital plunders in Broad day light. They are charging Rs 10,000 just for PPE kit for the Doctor which is anyways the responsibility of hospital. They are milking the CoVid scam as opportunity for money making. They hide this information and then plunder their patients.Worst part is that they make patients undergo CoVid tests and admit if they are negative. Yet they charge add-ons by fraudulent means

It has all the facilities you wish for a hospital to have.Theres cleanliness all around, a well disciplined staff ready to help you.Nearest railway station is Vikhroli station (Central railway). From there one can take an auto to the hospital.One can also reach this place via Eastern express Highway.In the view of this pandemic of covid-19, it does provide facilities for PCR tests blood tests (covid test) & also has facilities for treatment of covid-19.One can easily find a parking space next to the hospital.

1)Worst experience during the situation wherein we currently are where hygiene and cleanliness is utmost important. The ward boy serves water in jug with same hands by which had given urine pot to another patient without cleaning the hands.2)It seems issue of either poor man management or insufficient staff because we had tough time to get ward boy to serve the patient with urine pot etc wherever required.3)Most worst part is the security at the main entrance who behaves as humans without brains. Asking patient who have undergone surgery to sit and wait outside the hospital for no reason. They themselves are not aware what is to be done and behaves as landlords. Worst than government hospital securities. Some people manage to passby and they dont say anything whereas harass others. Not even providing sanitiser and not checking the thermal of all people entering the hospital. There is fun and fair going outside the main entrance every day.4)We were being told that casualty is operational 24/7 but when we reached along with patient at 7am we were asked to wait outside main entrance till 8.30am as casualty is not operational since staff havent come yet and doctor will also come after 8.30am.

They are charging 50% extra on a holiday. Note for the management-Kindly note that it’s a hospital and not a mall or a hotel. Don’t do business here. You guys should be proud that you are getting an opportunity to serve people. On top the staff is not aware whether the doctors are coming or not. Most of the times the doctors are late. Staff is not courteous.

Worst patient care, not having an in-house doctor and not recommended for any emergency.Nursing services are ok but not worth the fee you pay.

I think the infrastructure is good however I was really disappointed with the quality of its doctors. I am a repeat visitor as I stay nearby but now had to move to other hospital which had better doctors.

Superbly situated. Parking is never a problem. ICU facility great. Insurance claims a breeze.They need to get newer equipment. Rooms to be renovated. Need better nursing staff, they seem to forget medication; though that was the most important aspect of nursing.Doctors, some seemed old school of thought, recovery of patient slow, sometimes you believe that they are going to keep you in hospital. Hope they are not.10 days stay in a single occupancy room with 3 days in ICU could cost you 1.2 lakhs.

N their medical shop n students(pls mind it students😀) seating there are awesome ppl ...they want prescription for becasule n combiflame type of medicines too. Godrej memorial hospital a money making machine.....my mom was admitted in hospital which later doctor told was because she is kidney patient.. and intake of water should be limited to 1 litre which she drank more that day so water accumulated in cheat and she couldnt breathe.. we were unaware that day and came to hospital because mom was unable to breathe.. doctors came up with bizzare things like ur mother is having cancer... To lungs are detoriating..we went to xray dept where we knew one person.. he showed us the scan report and we consulted diffrent doctor in other hospital.. all doctor of other hospital told that its just water filled nothing serious.. the same day doctors from godrej memorial had told me looking at the same report that it may be cancer to lungs are countinuing to detoriate..and mom was all fine in the icu..then i had an argument to shift him in ward.. the same day they shifted ..if it was so dangerous how did they shift him out..and in ward she was fully ok... this just a tactic by almost all doctors here to milk money from patient at the cost of not just money but even health of patient and their relatives..!!! Never ever visit this hospital..!!

Close to my home so have come here often for general physician consult, have found it good overall. Charges as expected in similar hospitals in Mumbai, a bit on higher side, they have good doctors and pharmacy and the whole hospital is neat and clean, well maintained.

The billing & administrative staff is rude and insensitive.We had gone there to have some tests for my 87 year old grandmother but the people at reception made her wait for 2 hours. We were paying the fees but they would not start conducting any tests even after standing in the queue and submitting the form.. as the guy at reception was least bothered to look at our form.

Dont even think of going to this hospital.Unethical and illiterate staff...There charges are very high side as compared to other pathology labs, and appointed a trainee staff to collect the blood samples, which are not trained at all. We are paying high charges for professional service and not to serve R&D to our body. They do not maintain any complaint register as well. Very poor service. The Infra and other machinery are high in quality but workmanship is very poor. The trainee staff is smiling every times regardless of mistakes & mis-behaviour with patient.

The docs at emergency center are good for nothing. They even look at the patient carefully, all they are bothered is how the patient could be divert to Icu. They don’t even give any medicine to the patient and moreover they are bothered about the process. I found the docs at emergency to be incompetent and lacked empathy. They were outright rude and least interested to help the patient. Very bad service for a reputed hospital and least consideration to the patient condition. I would recommend to remove those two docs from the emergency centre outright. All they want to do is snooze at night

Dont even think of going to this hospital. They loot u literally. A procedure of 3 minutes i.e. wax removal from ears which is usually done as a part of consultation is charged 900 over that consultation of 500 plus registration of another 100. Day light loot in the name of hospital.

Hospital ambience is top grade but washroom sucks. I had an appointment with Dr. Sundeepa Sawant at 12.30 pm but she came around 3.00pm. Wasted good amount of time, this could have avoided, if the staff informed about the doctors busy schedule. The doctor was fine, she seemed to be in hurry though.

The Emergency department and the ICU is worst. The charges are very high as compared to other Well-known hospitals in its nearby area. You have to run to each and every department and floor for form filling, submission and if any other documents required. It feels like you are in a govt hospital. There is no Customer relationship manager and escalation hierarchy. They dont give discount on final bill and the Diagnostic reports take 24 hrs for reporting for Causalty patient which is horrible.

They make the patient wait in the opd and without any message the doctor disappears for unlimited time. No value for patients time

My Father was admitted here in last week of Aug 2019. Its best for those who need good care of their near and dear ones when they require it the most. The rooms are cleaned & disinfected regularly. The Sister/ Nurse staff Ms. Deepa Harijan & Ms. Geethu Krishna (and ICU staff) were very much present whenever required. Experienced team of doctors are available. Dr. Deepesh Palan is very professional and knowledgeable.

Feedback for Dr. Sachin Vaidya - NeurologistIf youre looking for reassurance or an in-depth explanation of the problem you would be disappointed. The doctor cant even respond to a friendly greeting. He was least interested in hearing my mother out and help her feel at ease. He made little to no eye contact and was busy typing all the unnecessary blood tests which were remotely not connected to the issue. He suggested very specific places to get the tests and scans done from because he needs to get his cut, maybe? Highly disappointed from the falling standards and money-mindedness of the medical fraternity.Dr. Vaidya needs to learn basic courtesy and be humane in his approach as opposed to being a money-minded Robot!

Good hospital in the area.... Nice n tidy....

This low rating is specifically for the PHYSIOTHERAPY department. Extremely unprofessional and casual. They do not close the doors or curtains provided for patient privacy at all. Theyll have older men shirtless in front of everybody. Personally, they lifted up my top without warning in front of everybody to apply electrodes for the TENS machine, couldve atleast warned or done it with curtains closed. They discuss patient history and treatment woes in front of everybody. I felt treatments were prescribed just for the sake of it as a cash grab method. I was prescribed Stretching Excercises by my orthopedist and ended up with TENS, SWD and Mobilazation for 3 days which were unnecessary and expensive. They didnt even help, and on asking was told will get relief by session 10. They also bad-mouth other patients in front of you. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Been Here for many times with multiple reasons and patients including myself. Very Good Services, Helpful Staff takes good care of patients. But Charges are comparatively High.

Making only money

Its a worst hospital with worst staff and management. I lost my father because of them .we admitted my dad at 2.30 am on 28th Jan 2019, they said its acidity and gave medicine by RMO in emergency ward they did ECG and test but they where normal so they did not called any specialist for further investigation as he was complaining very severy chest pain and back ache .doctor appointed for him visited him at 10.30 Dr Vishwas Vasnik said its acidity and gave aciditt medicine later on at 11 .30 he started sweating they moved him in ICU and within 5 min they called my sister and said ur father passed away as soon as he entered ICU because of Cardiac arrest .later on they again called me my mom and everyone and said he is expoexp and we dont know cause of death so we have to send him for postmortem.it was a shock for us .they didnt even saved him but sent my dad for postmortem.my question how negliemneg and irresponsible of this hospital before this as well in 2016 my brother was hospitalized and we had worst experience as didnt consider my feedback but this time I lost my dad.please if someone is reading my post please email me as I dont want anyone to loose there loved ones .email me on seemachavan0606@gmail lets get together and take action on them .
