Got the test sample collection done on 12th May from a hospital based centre and the report was supposed to be sent on 13th May, the person who collected the blood sample, his number 8s switched off.the online customer care has no process of resolving complaints. We paid an amount of 1690 for this test and this has been the worst experience so far. The worst kind of customer service!
