Pathetic experience I must say! The one who did my Covid test, did not even know to take it correctly. No proper information given.

Unorganised. They make false claims about reporting time and then delay the reports by 15 - 17 hrs. They dont even respond to calls.

Horrible place, I booked twice from these folks through PharmEasy; both occasions their sample collection guy is missing.

Highly unorganised.. unreliable.. I didn’t get my reports even after 15 days and over 3 personal visits.. highly backward technologically with unreliable whatsapp and email service

Pathetic Irresponsible Lab... they dont lift the call after collecting samples... its been more then 36 hours now.. & I am still waiting to get blood Reports of my mom... tried to visit them personally.. but denied entry inside... they are not lifting calls also since morning...

I will not recommended the place because the staff makes the patients wait on an empty stomach for multiple tests without telling you how much time would it take for your check up. The staff is extremely unorganised and they do not even have a token system. When the doctor was told about it, he defended the staff and said thats how it works here.

Good diagnosis centre .Alternate wasU can also used phameasy app for medicine and diagnosis for home visit ...they give option to choose centre near by u ..Price r reasonable ..

DONT DO BLOOD TEST RATHER ANY TEDT FROM HERE TO RISK YOUR LIFE. Total wastage of money to get wrong report( proven by doctor and another lab) Booked them through pharmacy they not simply worth of your trust and money.
