Availing services of baby care attendant for the last 2.8 yrs. Staff is trained, empathetic, clean, hygienic and most importantly she is regularly supervised and monitored by the supervisor. Im informed about her leaves in advance so that I can plan my work schedule accordingly. She is a good caretaker for my child and also manages her timely eating, play time. Im very happy with the services.

My father had a brain stroke and choice of home care was between arooj and one of their competitors. The initial assessment itself was done In detail at the hospital and the care was started the very next stay. The staff is very well experienced and we don’t have to worry about the right care. They were very helpful is arranging a last minute help which was cancelled by other agencies too. They also have a weekly review of the nursing staff to keep them in check. Overall, it has Been a great experience so far.

I worked with them in January for my father who was an Alzheimers patient. The quality of attendants and level of training is very mediocre and Lailesh understood that my father required special handling. He ensured that the customer service rendered to me was prompt, by honouring his commitments and adhering to time lines. I found that he was the only one within Arooj who knew what client handling skills meant and with patience he sorted out my multiple challenges. Lailesh is an asset to Arooj as his strengths are communication, honesty and time management. Its unfortunate that I couldnt continue to engage with Arooj further, but I will definitely recommend your organisation as long as Lailesh continues to be a part of it.

WORKING OF AROOJ, THE SO CALLED SPECIALIST OF POST MEDICAL CAREI learnt of Arooj from leaflets spread all over the counters in Dhirubai Kokliaben Hospital, Four Bunglows, Andheri West.Considering the repute of the hospital by REPEATED experience of about 5 years, I delegated business to Arooj.At the onset, I must admit that I am not at all satisfied with the services provided by Arooj.Their call center would not wait for a day for me to be able to meet their demand of advance payment before start of service. Being helpless, I somehow managed to meet their demand.I was sent message for the day care attendant and the physiotherapist that would be joining the duties. On the very first day I get a call at 7.35 am saying that they have substituted day care attendant only for the day, who would be reporting for duty at 10 am instead of 8 am. I had to pick up the attendant from the nearest metro station in order to save time for the patient at home.I also get a call that the physiotherapist would be reporting in the evening instead of agreed timing in the morning, only for the first day and would be resuming the morning timing from the next day.The day after start of service, I am visited by their supervisor, Ms Snehal and I feel vow! Here is the agency that cares. She spoke high about her achievements and the founder doctor couple of Aoorj. I feel elated and proud having come in contact with an institute of such a magnitude. She said they tune up replacement attendant when the regular one takes off. I have experienced 3 replacements and each time I have had to tune them up for the medication for the patient. She said she would be visiting for her supervisory work every week. Today it is almost end of third week. She has not turned up! My elation has turned sour. She is supposed to supervise attendants employed by her bosses while she is negligent herself.I get a message from them that day attendant would be replaced for a particular day. Having spoken to the attendant at home, she says she has not applied for leave. How could I get such a message?I had initially ordered day attendant for 15 days. Four days before expiry, I ordered for continuing for another 15 days. They keep me in waiting on hooks and anxiety for 3 days, even after repeated reminders, until the noon or evening of 4th day.Today the day attendant has taken leave. Replacement reports on duty at 10 am saying she came to know our address only at 7.50 am. It would take an hour from her residence to reach our house but she has travelled all around Dadar to our house at Andheri, taking double time.Their website has put a few testimonials, showing all accolades for themselves but do not dare to permit comments from their day to day customers.They pop up to say “We are online to assist you” but there is no response to our chats.I once entered my anxious requirement in “Contact Us” page of their web site to no response till today.It has been a disgusting experience with Arooj which has reflected in the hospital letting them scatter their leaflets all around the counters at the hospital.One may wonder with all this disgust, why am I continuing to give them business. The only reason is that I have paid them fully in advance.God save us in our life from hospitalisation.
