Staff are very courteous. Brought a shoe and I am very happy. ( Tip- always try one size larger for trial. You never know which would be a better fit.)

Unlike other outlets, this store had great service..the sales person (forgot his name, but was a Sikh young guy) was extremely patient and helpful..the store is well stocked too and with all the mall restrictions due to covid this makes it easy as its a standalone store

Good outlet but some people inside working needs to get their attitude fixed and do not differentiate between customer just entertaining people who JUST LOOK rich but wont buy anything and the people who are actually buying they wont give the same attention (that happened in my case)

Puma - Linking Road Khar store - unfortunately purchased a product that did not fit ( no trials in store ) and have visited the store thrice since trying to exchange it. Absolutely nothing in the required size and yet you make me run pillar to post as refund is not available. Also no exchange in any other store!! Pathetic service and complete rip off. Store staff does not even meet the eye, busy setting up racks with zero interest in solving customer issues.

A large space with some great choice and variety for all kinds of products, Shoes, Clothes and most importantly for gym and fitness. The team is friendly, well informed and offers a good help in choosing a right kind of a garment or a shoe that you may end up liking and buying for yourself.

It was an awesome experience. We went there on a Sunday afternoon and occasionally had our pet dog Star along with us. So we decided that one of us would sit out with him as in India pets arent entertained in stores. However within five minutes the employees called us in and was very courteous with Star. They even made the effort to give not only us but Star refreshments too. We loved the shopping experience not only because the stock was amazing and we loved the shoe but also because for the first time Star helped us to choose it. I would definitely recommend this place.
