I bought an activity box toy. When I reached home and opened it, it was not functioning. The store guys did not check the toy before giving it to me. The toy did not have batteries (even though the packaging box said that batteries are included). I blindly trusted them because they are supposed to be a reputed brand!! But I realised that under this reputation, they are robbing people by selling them defective products. I cant even exchange it for a new one because I bought it from the airport shop to which I can only go back when I have another flight to take. They are taking absolute advantage of their location! I will never ever again buy from Hamleys and never even recommend anyone. Pathetic store!!!!

Excellent toy store, Hamleys is the name to reckon with when it comes to toys. I am always pampering my nephew and niece with toys from here. I love their attention to detail and collection of toys. Makes me wish to return back to my childhood days. Their staff is friendly and willing to demo the toys if possible. Lovely experience here each time.

One toy that keeps my kids entertained any time any where and any how... So many activities on display to test your childs skills and interest.. Many toys and varieties that will make you want every kind... The quality is good and the place is always well maintained.. Staff are friendly..

I purchased a Dino Bubble toy from Hamleys website. I emailed them 4 hours after receiving delivery that the toy isnt working. They assured that they would take it back, I also raised a return request on the website. Over email I was told I could get it exchanged at their Kurla store but their Kurla store has been and is shut due to the covid situation, and isnt going to open for a while. (Their staff didnt even confirm if the store was open before telling me to have it exchanged there).Anyways once I informed them over email, they said they have arranged pick-up and it would be picked up within 48 hours, didnt happen. I emailed them again asking for an update, they apologized and said it would be picked up within 48 hours. Again didnt happen, this exact cycle has been going on for the past 12 days, (No jokes, 6 times I have been told it would be picked up in 48 hours and nothing happens, they apologize each time and say the exact same thing!. Its ridiculous.)Be very careful when buying from Hamleys, returns are a nightmare and their customer support is sub-standard.

This is one of excellent toy Store with ample of different and quality toys for children.Situated near exit gate of international airport it attracts so many people who are leaving the airport. Usually kids enjoy it while parents wait for their luggage.Compared to other outlets, it has small space but managed well with almost all variety of toys.

Overpriced and owned by a 3rd grade business group

I really liked the customer service even when I purchased a toy for my son the staffs were customer friendly. And the best part was I left my mobile behind n i was never aware of the same. Later after a while one of the staff came looking for me in such a huge airport and gave my mobile I was shocked that I left my mobile behind and the more shocking was that how they struggled looking for me leaving their duty. Really appreciate and thankful.

Some of the collection is very good, some are basic

They dont have spare paper back for the novels.I bought a Novel and its cover was not okay and when asked they said sorry after 10 minutes of search.They dint have small size carry bag for book also and borrowed from near by shop to provide me the book.Need to be more proactive about their Inventory.

Visited the place on 13th of September 2018 for going Kora Lumpur Malaysia airport is very beautiful and all the amenities present here Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport is the one of the best airport in the World my return journey started 10th of October 2018 from Kuala Lumpur to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport Mumbai and trip was one of the most beautiful trip in my life

Very Rude staff, we enter in Domestic Airport Hamleys opposite to gate number 26 along with our kids, the staff shouted on kids and stopped entering as the floor was getting cleaned. I requested them at least not to shout on kids, you should know the way to talk with kids. Even they dont have manners to apologise also.... I dont suggest this store. Please avoid.
