Got the gen 5 from this store and Manzoor was of great help. Please read further about my experience and how these guys helped me.....I had bought a gen 4 inline and it stopped working after a few months. I didnt get great help from the customer care and was waiting for the store to open, when it did Manzoor help giving the watch to the service center and then because the watch was irreparable they gave me store credit and I was able to but a new one again.More than anything it was his service and prompt reply that helped to resolve this issue that I was trying to for about 4 months.If you do read this till the end, Mazoor is your guy. I have nothing but praises.

Amazing service right from the start to the end. The sales executive Adnan was very helpful when it came to choosing the watch for gifting. Extremely calm and patient person who knew exactly what we needed and made sure I was given a very good selection to choose from calling . This showroom also provides engraving services and rajni was extremely helpful when it came to editing and placement of the word on the limited space available on the back. He also gave regular updates till the day the watch was back from engraving. I would really recommend buying watch from here youll find a good watch and more variety within your budget and definitely a very good service.

As we are diabetic, hypertension and my husband has undergone twice bypass surgery plus thrice angioplasty , our son Gurudutt Ajit Mudkatte gifted us Fossil Gen 5 smart watch , first we were not happy with his surprise gift we knew it is not gift but it is Spy watch gifted to us to keep track on us,on our daily routine, at times we refused to wear giving reasons, but we know Love always wins, and we heartly welcome Gen5 smart watch. Somewhere in June 2021 ,I had gone out and my son was WHF , suddenly he heard knock on the door my husband asking for help as he was feeling uneasy ,my son immediately made him wear Gen5 smart watch and through the watch he controlled his fast beating heart rate, pulse rate plus cardiogram as the watch has all the features and constantly my husbands Cardiologist too was on call he made him recheck the readings with Bp monitor and oxymeter which showed same reading, after me coming home he told me the whole incident, giving me goose bump, I told him what would have happened if you would have gone to office , in simple word he said mom Fossil Gen5 smart watch is friendly watch which has all the features , I kissed him and said Gurudutt you are great ( he always love to hear from me) in turn he replied mom Fossil Gen5 smart watch is great .
