It is in palladium mall. It has lots of collections and the shop is well maintained. They have managed to attract customers by displaying good collections. The staffs are courteous and well dressed.

Avoid buying from this store. My wife gifted me an Omega and it turned out to be a faulty watch. I am still maintaining faulty and not fake. My wife who is a healthcare professional and during this stressful Covid19 duty wanted to gift me something that’s timeless. While they accepted the fault in watch and with the promise of refund took the watch back also within a week. Now it’s been more than a month we haven’t got the money back and getting a response from their team is impossible. Tried everything calls, emails and even tweets. Not able to understand what’s their agenda, sell fake product and even swindle money??? Very unethical. It’s a watch worth 2 lakhs and such is their pathetic customer experience. Can’t trust ethos watches ever again

They person who attended on the first day acted pretty rude and unfriendly... We assumed he must have had a bad day... The next day when we went to close on a watch worth 6 figures... He had no change in his attitude... Didnt feel like buying from the store but the timeline with us was very short so had to buy from them... Wasnt even asked for a glass of water... Before even explaining the watch he pulled out the Card machine and asked for payment... Totally rude and a turn off... Gonna avoid the store for a mile. Not worth it, I wont judge all the staff but this one person was enough to leave the bad taste for me to never go there again. Really unhappy but desperate times called for us to make the desperate purchase.
