Pathetic experience. I got my order from myborosil.com delivered after A period of one week and it was broken when I received it. It was hard to reach the customer service after numerous calls. It was such a trouble to have it replaced. Apparently have to wait for a month to get my order.The customer service executives dont follow up on the issues and dont even care to reply on the emails sent to them.
