My first ever Wonderful experience with VLCC Sliming centre - Mulund West. Nutritionist Mrs. Rida Shaikh was a wonderful in terms of helping me with weight loss and the staff was always helpful and kind. Got a get nutrition and weight loss counseling with Vlccs program I learned how to understand the food I eat and how my body works with this food.They did not restrict my eating habits but showed me how to read labels and introduce healthier things into my diet. Also they taught me which foods encourage a healthier lifestyle and healthier living and showed me how to increase my exercise so that my body would work more efficiently towards my goal

I was a client of Vlcc powai which was just a 10 min drive frm my residence.It closed dwn after the pandemic . Initially i was sceptical abt traveling to mulund centre which is pretty far off however Ms ipshita the centremanager convinced me to take services here and i am totally glad i did.Enjoy Sarita s therapyMassages...v dedicated.But a centre at powai would b wonderfuld i am so glad i came to mulund west

I did Laser treatment for hair removal few months back. Not happy with the result. As I had done laser from the other place also but their result was much better in 3 to 4 sittings whereas here in 5 sittings also am not happy.

Worst experience!!! For laser treatment!!I was given a free session of face and arms. (anyways there was no result inspite of spending money).they gave laser treatment on face and told me to come for the session of hands in 15 days.After visiting back, they started to ask for money and rejected free treatment of laser on hands inspite of committing a free session.They asked for Rs.2000+tax & agreed at Rs. 1000+tax after bargaining.After having treatment done, they asked to pay on Google pay as their card machine was not working and told me that they will email the bill next day. Its been 2 weeks now and I have Not received the bill & my laser technician SHADAB is not replying my Msgs on asking bill. The staff is filling their pockets.They also ask for money by giving customers services at cheaper rates.Whole staff is greedy and services are worst.New manager is also not good.DO NOT PAY UNTIL THEY GIVE YOU THE BILL.

Disappointed with manager at Vlcc mulund center. Had consultation with center manager Amina few weeks back for laser where she attended me and my sister. Price quotation she gave us for bikini was 2499 laser plus taxes per sitting which we thought was good she explained all the procedure very nicely. I went in for my first sitting today appt was 2 pm and I was taken for my session at 2:35, half an hour we were waiting for them to start with session and infact I had to go to ask her how long they were going to take before they could start with my sitting. Then After going thru first few steps technicians asked me if bikini line is also included. I dont know how you guys differentiate on that but during consultation your manager did not tell me that bikini is line not included as I was enquiring about full bikini. So she went to clearify and came back saying no its not and that I have to pay extra 1499 on top. I dont understand why would someone start half the treatment and ask such question in between? I think its on purpose they put you in a position where u cant leave and have no choice but say yes to it. When I asked manager at the time of payment she started playing with words and said in future il be more specific no apologies and she has very manageress attitude issues as there is no smile whatsoever on face. When I called to book an appointment I also booked it for my sister manicure and pedicure when we went there she had only male technician when my sister ask can I get a female to do it she said no we dont have it and ask the guy to put the stuff back and just walked away without any apologies. Amina needs to work on herself to how she attends the clients. I must say the other staff who attended me was nice and made sure I was comfortable however such an attitude from a centre manager is not expected specially with the brand like VLCC.

I paid a lot of money for their laser hair removal treatment on a Soprano Ice Laser machine. Usually laser can take off 90-95% of the hair in 5 sittings. I have not had more than 60% results. Quite disappointed considering the amount of money I spent. Instead there are other brands like Richfeel who are offering unlimited sittings for almost half the amount and with better laser technology.

Worst Service Ever No professionalism.Facial not done properly, lady was busy with other clients, coming and going just applied packs instead of doing or following proper facial, was trying to convince to buy packages. Instead of giving proper treatment for facial she was more into doing marketing. Waste of Money chardged alot.More of marketing comoany over beauty saloon.No effect of facial my entire money wasted and cheated me by not doing facial properly not followed process n complete steps.

Please do not visit this place worst experience i had .....the have brand and nothing inside......i had wasted my time going there....very rude staffs and think themself .as too smart.....i think staffs should be taught how to handle situations , basic manners.. you will find people walking out here and there but non of them reach out to you...i have not got such experience even in local beauty centers....guys please do no not buy yearly package of vlcc ..first month they might be showing teeth and later they wont receive you also...think wise before you step out to this wired place....

Worst service ever ,I had applied for curve expert , i saw no results , opted for rejuve , fooled me by replacing my session with rejuve and branch told me to pay extra for rejuve , then later i saw in that price they are offering 10sessions fir rejuve and gave me only 5 . While paying for the same treatment , branch told me this session will be taken by physiotherapist , on my appointment date the physiotherapist was late , she came after 1.5 hr , she came and told me that anyone can do this session , she told the staff to do it and went away , the session was not done properly , the equipments were not working , very unprofessional, i want a refund from the branch or else i need to soeak to the higher authority about it . Absolutely rubbish also fooled me with the prices of the treatment .
