I Think you guys should ask the patient before writing the wrong spelling of the patient and wrong age and should hire more educated staff.. Also talking about punctuality.. during this pandemic according to government policies one should avoid gathering of many people at one place.. being a doctor one should follow this and should have given the appointments accordingly.. Patient has the right to speak if you guys are asking them to wait for an hour and so.. Skin problem is still there FYI.. Doctor registration no. Not present on the bill is AN ILLEGAL ACT. I have the conversation with Dr. Sandeep Jain(who is not even allowed to speak to my father like that since my father didnt ask him to treat him) recorded over the call if you want I can make it viral. People will come to know who is rude and who is not. I have mentioned my review according to the behaviour Ive got from you guys.. and I have the right to speak if I am not getting proper response from you guys.

The worst Dr. I have ever come across. When I first visited, she came after an hour. She gave me expensive medicines which was around 2500 rupees and my condition did not improve. I called her and her receptionist instructed me not to change the medicine but my condition did not improve so I went to other dermo where she told me that I was misdiagnosed and later I was treated within a week instead of months. When I texted her that I want to give her my sealed medicines back she was so rude. ( I hope I had an option to attach a photo I would have shared a screenshot of how rude she was). I called her to give my medicines and she told me to come at 7. Guess what she came at 9:30 I mean so obedient is she right? Instead of her being giving my money back she passed on the money to her receptionist because she knew that this whole time she was wrong and was not ready to face me. How ridiculous these people even call themselves GOLD MEDALIST even when they can be barely called as DOCTORS.

She only wasted my money for almost 1 and half months, she just wants you to visit her clinic so that she can charge you her daily fees according to me... Before visiting her think twise or thrice coz she doesnt care about your skin she only wants money and suggest you those medicine which she already had and sell it to you...
