I first visited Dr. Kanan Shah in 2017 for an aloepesia treatment. She was patient and encouraging and her diagnosis was excellent. I visited her again in 2020 during the lockdown due to alot of hairfall. It has been over 8 months and the treatment is working and it will end soon.

Worst experience for the way she treats her patients, makes one feel belittle in front of other patients even for things one has not done & full of money earning strategies.Her receptionist keeps calling patients for follow up to earn money and sadly people have to pay, however money earned by such means always go waste. Go at your own risk.

I had a bad experience today as I went for a foolish up visit. Time given was 6:30 pm, reached before time but after waiting for almost 45 minutes, when my turn came the receptionist sent another patient ( who came much after me) jumping the queue as probably that patient was known to her. I was utterly disappointed and left the clinic immediately after telling the receptionist about this. She did not have the courtesy to at least say sorry for her misdeed. Highly unprofessional behaviour in a so called professional clinic.
