It is good for people who are very poor and cant afford even the nominal charges. However, do not expect quality care. All of the front office staff is extremely rude. They consider the subsidized costs as a favour out of their own pockets . They want to convert every interaction into an argument and they feel powerful in doing so. Unless you are helpless, it is not recommended.

Went for covid vaccination. They tried to loot me. 780 is the charges, I gave them 1000 and they returned me only 120 rs instead of 220. I went back to them and took my 100 rs. No online payment facility available. Only cash. Also I feel vaccine was not filled completely. Please avoid.Go directly for prabodhan thakeray walkin for women.

Only one queue for deposit money for dr. All staffs are rude and slow. Many staff but all have no interest to solve patient questions.

The staff at the counter are very rude and impolite and always want the exact amount of money, they straight out refuse to give change (dont even know what theyre going to do with those chuttas 😒).The hospital needs to change the system of going down to first pay for any scan or process at the counter (after the registration has been done and youve already ascended to your respective floor) and then again coming up for the treatment. At least, they can shift that kind of payment stuff to the respective floors so that the patient doesnt have to run all the way down to ground floor and then up again. Its not only tiring but also kind of completely illogical, if not stupid. Because if somebody has come alone then they themselves need to go down then come up, and then even wait for your turn to arrive (again) because of this insensible management. Its frustrating to say the least.Otherwise, rest all is good.

I would have given 0. I had a 330 appointment for vaccine. I had to sit until 420 to just get in. The staff was saying they have to wait for 10 people to give vaccine. So if I am on time for my appointment do I need to wait for others to come in late? And if these are govt guidelines then how can they register 2M vaccines when people are sitting for 50 mins to get their dose while the staff is chilling?

Hi , I had visited at KHM for chest doctor (Mr. Pankaj bang) for the treatment of my mother , she is suffering with shortness of breathing and cough , doctor had visited and within 4-5 minutes hurry and improper consultation he called for next patient ,his behavior was very rude and unprofessional very arrogant, while asking for some question he is completely ignoring you ,his behavior like giving you a bheek Oh comeon I am paid Rs.400 its not free service like governments.Doctor like you describe in one word pathetic.Hope KHM will take strict action

Rude staff. Poor service. No manners. Who knew that providing terrible services and having a rude staff in the name of running a charity was an acceptable thing.

1. No seating arrangements at all even for even 1 relative of the hospitalised patients at the third floor. Seating arrangements only at the ground floor, with OPD people. One needs to sit at the stairs if legs start paining.2. No stretcher lift available to carry patients to the third floor ICU. One needs to carry the patient from the stairs. The list available is only capable of taking wheel chair bound patients.3. Doctors hardly on time. Long waiting time and lot of uncertainty as well. Sometimes he does not turn up, for which we need to reschedule the appointment.Good part: Complete transparency of charges levied. Very very reasonable cost and people having shoe string budget can very well look forward to having the treatment here. Really and sincerely appreciate the costing. Good job done considering the costs levied.

Clean place. Run by a trust so it is very good for financial weak people. Almost all types of doctors in OPD. Pathology, MRI and X-ray available too.

There are many people giving fake review for encouraging patients to come in hospital but this is my personal experience of KHM hospital, KHM hospital is not a trust hospital this is purely private hospital in the name of trust!If we go there through a trustees reference they assure us to provide us with some discount but during the finalization of the round sum bill they wont provide us bill in the time stated and tell ppl that ur bill is under discount it will take time but when u get that bill in hand there is no discount provided..*This so called KHM hospital is minting money in the name of trust*

After Covid-19 pandemic they have drastically increased price in dental services, i suggest you to kindly check with the private dental dr and then come to hitwarthak and compare prices i did the same and got to know my root canal charges with pvt doctor is 4400/- approx depends on the situation & with hitwarthak is 4800/-. Dr. Livin Pericherry in kandivali west , charkop. Sector-2 is the cheap & best - proper safety measure are taken by Dr himself.

If your planning to to do any kind of test please go ahead for that u do not need special services and skilled labour..but if your planning for any surgery or dental work would recommend please avoid bad nurses and reception staff

Delayed / too slow hospital service. The staff is so poorly trained and slow to deal with. There is no planning at all. Payment services are super slow and patient services are super slow.Adding after 3 weeks : Still waiting for Hospital bill to arrive. Ideally it has to be in hand while discharge but they take extra money & give the bill after 4-5 days with a lot of delay. Its been 3 weeks i have not recieved the hospital bill. I dont the kind of work they do.

Both the elevators just does not function most(50%) of the times and wheelchair patients has to be dragged via staircase at caretakers risk. Am not sure if these are the standards of KHM considering patients safety. Is there anyone at KHM who can rectify the elevator issue once and for all ?

One of the worst hospitals in Kandivali. The staff is not at all cooperative. The nurses are rude+ the doctors to are uneducated. I would never recommend this hospital to anybody.

I have gone there for MRI testing, as i learnt it was a trust hospital so figured it will be less costly compared to private labs. But, MRI testing is not available at the KHM hospital, so instead they gave me a huge discount for getting tested from any listed private testing lab, which is great!!!!!

Dr.s in this hospital are good but the staff is so ignorant and arrogant...they do not look at the patient if they have relatives present. In times of Corona where they should be more precautious, they donot touch the patient for giving medicines , this is not expected from the medical staff...and when ur patient is corona negative. Really disappointed.

I appreciate that the hospital is helping the patients by charging subsidized fees . But I am very very upset with their lady ENT doctor ( I dont know the name ) I visited on Saturday 15th February 2020 . Her timing is 10 a.m to 11 a.m . We reached at 10.30 . Doctor came at 11.50 . We understand sometime doctors are busy with emergency cases . I had gone with my 20 years old son . Who was having difficulty in hearing . Doctor gave us just 30 seconds after we waited for 2 hours . She said d patient has lot of dust in d ears so he has to get his ears cleaned in d operation theater . And before that he has to get 4-5 blood tests done . One ear drops was prescribed and she instructed us to come after a week for d cleaning . We came out , showed the doctors paper and inquired about d charges for the blood test and cleaning . We were told that blood tests will cost 800 and cleaning will be charged 5000 RS as it will be done in d operation theater . We fount it exhobident , so showed to another private ( non charity ) ENT doctor in our area . That doctor also found d dust in d ears as d cause of the problem and cleaned d ears completely and immediately within 25 minutes . She took from us RS 800 for d consultation and 400 RS for cleaning . Total 1200 and my son can hear very clearly now . We go to charity hospitals to save some money . These charity hospital doctors must consider that patients are needy , they should not fool d patients . The cleaning which could be done in 400 RS by a private doctor ,t charity hospital doctor was charging me 5800 RS . I want to get this in to the trust of Hitwardhak Mandal that subsidized consultation fees (150 RS ) is not enough . After that doctor is recovering huge fees from d patient in d name of operation theater etc which is not required at all. Also the patient was called after a week . Ideally in this case the doctor should have come on time . Should have seen d patient and cleaned the ears the same time in less than 400 RS. Like d private doctor did . I felt like giving this review for d benefit of all .

Doctors are very good. .. being a trust treatment, the cost is also on a lower side, BUT STAFF OUT HERE ARE MOST ARROGANT I HAD EVER EXPERIENCED, BE IT THE FLOOR SECURITY PERSON, OR NURSES, DOESNT KNOW TO BEHAVE...wont recommend....if Ill treated by staff is ok and in the bargain get the treatment at a lower amount, those can give it a try....

One incident was happened 2day wit my brother in hitwardhak first we have to pay the charges ..my brother rchd at 8 am with my mother for one test but the charges for the test was1580rs and my brother was having 1460rs ..but the old South Indian lady at reception refuse to give a receipt for the test bcoz of incomplete payment of 100 rs.he requested her he wil pay while taking report but she was not ready.he told that he will pay by google pay or Paytmbut still she was not agreed.He requested again but she said no .Is this kind of medical service seriously!!

If they knew doctor is in OT they should not have given case papers to patients or either they should have informed patients that doctor will come after 3 hours so that we would have thinked about waiting or leaving. It was very painful process, when I told her abt it she shouted at me and threatened me that she wont proceed further if I had complained again .. she was more concerned about her Sunday working than my pain.. showed me desrespecful gesture.. bad attitude, no ownership.
