Located about 10 mins drive from either Malad Station or Western Express Highway, this hospital houses an array of medical discipline.OPD: Our experience in OPD section is with Urologist, Orthopedic and diabetology. Overall all the doctors are understanding, and give decent amount of time to explain and guide patients. OPD only accepts cash. DO remember to call ahead and book your appointment.Beds and Service: Hospital beds and rooms are decent. To handle covid situation regular rooms of 3 beds are converted to twin share.Support from RMs and doctors are good. However, it lacks the required support from Ward boys or nurses. To be specific ward boys are usually not available or supportive. There is just one boy allotted for each floor. For nurses, we had mixed experiences. Some of them were very attentive and new what they were doing, whereas some lacked the same.COVID Situation: Hospital has a dedicated floor for COVID patients. The IC is divided into parts. One for regular patients and other for COVID. A pre check is done before admission for COVID. Charges for test to be borne by us. Extra charges for fumigation and bio waste disposal added over and above regular bed charges.Another fact that needs to be highlighted, is that there seems to be no co ordination between department. Example, medicines brought during ICU stay was not returned by them, after transfer to normal bed, but we had to co ordinate that. Co ordination for food from canteen was also a hassle.Good to Know Facts: In case of admission, hospital will keep a deposit amount. So will Lab and Medical. All these departments are different and settlements will be done separately.Some good experiences: A lady at reception was extremely helpful and supportive. The TPA person was also very understanding. Overall, a trust worthy place for basic medical issue.

I had gone for a quick emergency procedure to take out a ear plug. The doctors and team were very helpful, caring and efficient. A day before I had visited the same hospital for my second Covid vaccine, and that too was done well. A big thank you to them.

Lack of management. There were no token system for covid vaccination. Though the place was clean but social distancing could have been better arranged.Every single operator was so damn slow be it registeration desk , cashier, or the nurses. All were in slow motion. Took hell out of time.Only good thing was cleanliness.

The (hospital staff) people literally where doing inappropriate thinge ..they used to receive the call and very after receiving the call the person hang my call.... I have booked vaccine slot on (18 june) from cowin portal, but when i reached to hospital, they said there is no such vaccination drive happening here and asked me to do inquiries after Monday (21 june)

My father and mother both were admitted in critical condition at Sanjeevani as they had covid. But with the excellent care and attention of the hospital and their amazing doctors both my parents came home stable and are recovering at home. Amazing Hospital, Totally Professional in Process, and Very kind and friendly staff..... Especially the ones in the 4th floor. Timely care, attentive staff they took care of all the requirement including getting critical medicine.(remdesivir). Kudos to the doctors and nurses working day and night with such conditions (wearing PPE Kit). And special mention to the admin staff and the accounting team for their professional work. It took 30 minutes to complete the billing and discharge process to be done. Completely hassle free experience for us. And before I conclude the Caterers need to be appreciated, as food was also of very good quality felt like Home food :)

Quite disorganised. unable to handle the crowd. Weirdest part was after vaccination they dont have a waiting area/seating area to keep ppl under observation. They make vaccinated people stand in a queue after vaccination for 30 minutes. Utterly strange.

Giving 5 star review to the hospital which it truly deserves. Both my father in law and mother in law got infected with covid recently, father in law got severely infected n mother in law had high bp issues along with covid but all thanks to timely treatment provided by the hospital they are back home healthy. Special thanks to Dr. Sunil Agarwal and Dr Rajesh Biniala and the staff of the hospital which my in laws cant stop praising and blessing them with all their heart.. Staff were friendly co operative use to update us in timely manner about their health progress... I was severely infected with Covid19 recently. I admitted myself in Sanjeevani Hospital. Dr. Sunil Agarwal & Dr. Rajesh Binyala are not lesser than GOD & their staff are like angel of GOD. The staff always work with smiling face, attent the call quickly even at night, always speak with patients politely & this all without any expectation. I have recovered now with help of all Doctors, Nurses & Staff of Sanjeevani Hospital. The hospital stands by its name it is a real Sanjeevani for patients atleast for me.

Hi All,Currently admitted in the Sanjeevani hospital.The hospital staff Doctors, nurses, support staff, administrative staff are just doing a selfless fantastic job. It is to cure a patient but to constantly motivate them that we will be fine and be back home soon is another ask. This is not a hospital it’s a gold digger. They willl wrip you off .we had a family friend there coz of COVID they charged 8 Lakh and still asked to stay in hospital . But then we got our friend out of that trap and put in nesco and within 8 days he was fit and good to go home.

Dear AllI must share my experience at Sanjeevani hospital for Covid 2019 treatment.I was diagnosed covid positive on Monday 29 March and after 2 days felt slight cough and lower oxygen saturation on my Pulse oximeter.To avoid any health issues, requested two GSC friends Happy Amarkant Jain and Vivek Narsaria to help me find admission at 230am midnight. In 15 minutes they confirmed my admission and asked me to come directly to Sanjeevani hospital.the entire process of admission and check-in very smooth. took less than 10 min to check me to bed, take my blood samples and put me on IV fluids.Excellent set of general staff and medical staff to take care of the patients and overall management inside hospital from medicine flow to food to sanitationThe senior staff of Dr Rajesh Binyala and his staff make multiple rounds in the day to check your health progress.The food provided at the hospital is very homely. very light oil and very less spicy. multiple options available - full meal, half meal or dal khichdi. u get curd and soups also.morning and evening snacks have 4- 5 options which used to be enquired before time and delivered.Tea and coffee provided with or without Sugar with biscuits morning and eveningin addition the Hospital provides Kaddha and Haldi Milk to all patientand staff every day.The staff checks your body parameters like BP, Temp, oxygen saturation regularly once every 3-4 hours..2-4 times nebulizer is done. Steam inhalation is required to be done using your own gadget/equipment 4 times a day.Oxygen support was provided for 6 days 24x7.. the technical staff keeps coming and monitoring pressure of your oxygen cylinder and change the same if getting empty... very capable and hard working staff...rooms are kept neat and clean all day with multiple cleanings inside room.you get get food and water from home also. warm water is also provided if required.the Beds and lining are cleaned every day with new clothing.Every bed has two dedicated charging point and call bell.attached Bathroom is kept clean by staff.overall a very satisfying and very excellent care by Sanjeevani hospital....Deeply obliged to the whole team at Sanjeevani hospital🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Sanjeevani hospital is the best hospital in our area. On Saturday (20/3/21) more than 1000 people were vaccinated at their centre, other places their are trainee students doing registration work but at sanjeevani hospital it was doctors doing the same with perfection, pace, proper understanding and politeness. Dr Rawat was extremely courteous, soft spoken, gentle and super helpful admist all chaos and continuous phone calls, nevertheless special thanks for mr dhawal agarwal (trustee family) to monitor and personally assiting things....

Very poor Cashless Department... after 4 months I have not received my deposit back. In Hospitalisation period also they are lazy to submit necessary documents to mediclaim company. Mr. Prashant of Tpa dept have not proper knowledge of Mediclaim procedure. I have complained to all senior authorities but not satisfactory feedback. Overall purely money minded hospital.

A perfect example of how dumb people just don’t want to improve and make everyone’s life complicated. Every time you get an appointment here, they will ask you to come at 7 pm but the doctor will attend only at 10 pm. It has happened not once, not twice, not thrice but about four times consecutively. So it’s very much clear that this a practice not some standalone incidents. And due to this, the waiting area was full of people hogging for space in corona times. When you counter them, they get rude with you as if they are doing some favour by serving you.

I admitted my father here on 11/11/2020 as he was tested +ve, After 6 days treatment he was discharged on 16/11/2020 stating that he is fine and further medecines can be given at home now. After 2 days on 18/11/2020 morning at 4 am I lost my father. When brought to hospital it was declared that due to Cardiac arrest he got died. But I didnt got any covid -ve report from Drs here when my father was discharged..

As my mom ,dad n myself tested positive for covid 19, we personally got admitted to Sanjeevani hospital Malad (E) on 20th Nov 2020 at afternoon, just because as my mom is also arthritis patient. Everything was very cooperative & took care of everything was possible with them.We were looked after by head Dr Sunil Agarwal , Dr. Rajesh Binyala , Dr. Rajesh Shah who examined and treatment us with utmost care. He made sure we were given right medicines which suit us body type accordingly since its reactive to some.Work culture of staff is highly appreciable. I really appreciate how the staff had no hitch at all to come near covid patients thus making us feel really safe and comfortable. The food provided to us was of satisfactory, during this period.The oxygen level, blood pressure and other body parameter were regularly checked by consultants.I would also admired Dr Rajesh Shah and Deepu Mama visiting us & other patients and saying hello how are you and visiting them bed to bed is a big console.There was always a positive vibe wen head Dr. Rajesh Binyala & others used to visit everday. Such soft spoken yet clear your quarries in a desirable manner has forced me to write this mail.Medicines alone cant save you its their concern and our trust in them.My overall experience with this hospital is exceptional. Myself Maryann Rebello was admitted  in Sanjeevani hospital on 10th to 23rd September. I had difficulty in getting bed in other hospital but Dr Rajesh Shah helped me get bed thru a friend. I am very grateful  to him. On 4th day my condition became serious and I was shifted to ICU was gasping for my breadth as I saw death very close. My only thought was will I see my family before I die. I never thought I will make it.but my faith in my lord holding my hand and my family and friends storming heaven for me I am out on 23rd with New life. The soothing hands of Drs,Nurses, medical n paramedical servants on sanjeevani is amazing at this time when you dont have your own. Continously ward boys checking oxygen cylinders etc.touched my heart. I did not see any staff on 3rd floor or ICU ever complaining or rude at patients.My Angel Dr Rajesh Bindyal who is so cool, calm,relaxed,encouraging and takes decision has given me this new life.Medicines alone cant save you its their concern and at this time with no relative by your side and our trust in them .Last I also admired Dr Rajesh Shah visiting patients and saying hello how are you and visiting them bed to bed is a big console. My salute to all the Sanjeevani  Staff. Every morning my lips murmur a prayer for them. Only complain I heard from relatives  is  regarding rudeness of chemist staff. God Bless .
